This refrigerator is the only Whirlpool appliance I own. The others are all Samsung. I planned to buy a Samsung refrigerator, but the price was too good to pass up this Whirlpool one. I really have no complaints. The only one I would say is the cost for the whirlpool owned water filter replacement is too high. I already have a 3 stage filter on my kitchen sink and I just teed off of that for the refrigerator line. If you are filtering your water before it reaches the fridge you can bypass the refrigerator filter by just taking it out and the water will still cycle through as if the filter were still in. This will save you $100 a year on the whirlpool everydrop filter replacement. The only negative I have is that refrigerator and freezer temp settings are too easy to accidentally change.

It’s a narrow and shorter version of the fridges you typically see in stores. The fridge side is too narrow for an xl pizza box. The freezer side is more narrow than the fridge side. The ice maker makes square shaped ice. I always get compliments on them(weird, I know). It’s easy to pull out and push back. The doors have yet to show my toddler’s or teenager’s fingerprints. I like how the water is a completely separate lever from ice. The ice fills via an open channel in the ice maker. The water tube behind the very bottom drawer is a bit long and prevents the drawer from closing all the way sometimes. Upon delivery, I did have to do some cleanup inside and outside a drawer. When it was installed during manufacturing, the lithium grease gun applied an overly abundant amount of grease(clear and non toxic, merely a nuisance) to the drawer slide.

This refrigerator is small. I do like all of the storage features in the refrigerator. The freezer is very small. We knew that when we bought it. We have a bigger freezer but needed a refrigerator that would fit in our kitchen. I am very DISAPPOINTED in the ice maker. It is very slow in making ice. We have had the refrigerator for a week and maybe we have 10 ice cubes in the tray. I finally just went and bought a bag of the good ice from Chick fil a!

I like how it looks but do not like that you cannot adjust the shelves. I am glad it is not my main fridge because of the lack of height between the shelves. A gallon of milk would not fit standing up. I still gave it 4 stars because it looks and works good

I have limited space but put a priority on having an ice and water dispenser. Water dispenser works wonderfully. Icemaker is a bit slow and dispensing ice can be a bit messy. That said, I feel this is the best option and value for a compact side by side refrigerator having an ice and water dispenser. I love its elegant appearance, and it appears to be well-made. The price point of this refrigerator was quite fair as well! No regrets in this purchase. Pleasantly surprised in how much I like this refrigerator.

I really loved the size and how it fits perfect for us, so far everything has been working great no issues. Looks very nice aswell!

Great refrigerator… it’s on the smaller side for sure with the freezer… also the water dispenser comes out past the water catcher so if your toddler gets ahold of it water will go all over the place but it does have a lock on it so it’s not that big of a deal

Good so far had gor few weeks the dtainless steel on ftont of fridge the sides have yhe fingerprint protection its in s gray difnt realize only front stainless steel look and it seems to need stainless wipes because little wipe with water doen clean it jyst smudges weird but ftidge eorking well.its on wheels too i like. Not dure its supposed to be like that or they didnt take it off in seyip lol. But its easy to move .

Overall, good if you have a limited space. I bought it because it was one of the few that fit a tight spot. Pros: good icemaker and water dispenser. decent size. Cons: terrible design on the feet. You have to unscrew the front grill, and finiggle a wrench in there to adjust the feet so that the refrigerator doesn't roll around. Then, after you're done crouching down there to adjust, you need to get the screws back into the front grill. It's a real pain. They could have designed that to be much easier on the consumer. Best Buy delivery guys were no help; they were in a hurry to get out, so I was on my own to deal with that final step. I suggest you make those guys do the total setup.

I bought this size Fridge because of height restrictions. I previously had an LG but it had repeated expensive repair issues. I noticed that Whirlpool makes models for many different companies and had good ratings so I'm taking a chance. The price at Best Buy dropped right after I bought it but after it was delivered they gave me a credit. So far, I'm quite happy with the performance. I've had Stainless Steel before but the fingerprint resistance was bonus.

I most pleased with my fridge. First of all the design the storage capacity and versatility of it. Thumbs up for sure !

Product quality is one of the best. The delivery was on time without a problem. The installation has been really good because we had not any problem so far. I believe I have made the best choice buying this Whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy who’s gave the best price option and facility to pay.

Great side by side. Whirlpool make a very great unit and this is one as well. Cools perfectly, lots of space, bright LED lights to see everything inside. Only drawback to this is the cost of replacement for the water filter cartridges. Overall, Very pleased with purchase and product.

Refrigerator is a little on the small side as Whirlpool design has a trim piece on the top facing outward that is 2 1/2” high to give the appearance of it being taller. Why not give the customer the taller refrigerator in the first place instead of a plastic trim piece. Also, shelves are a little too narrow and larger items barely fit. Temperature on the colder settings causes frost damage to vegetables and ice in things like sour cream if placed in the rear of the refrigerator. Whirlpool needs to put a little more quality in their refrigerators, especially the under 23 cu ft models. What has happened to Whirlpool quality?

I bought this refrigerator and thought I was getting a bigger one than what was delivered. The freezer part is really small. Overall it fit well in my space from my previous one but had to go back and get a different fridge because it’s too small for a family.
