    Factory damage hidden under wrapping!

    I am so disgusted with this experience! I needed a 34" fridge, and nothing was in stock, so I had to wait a week for this to deliver. Luckily, the freezer half of my old fridge was still working so I could save some food, but I have no refrigerator - no milk, no dairy, no fruit or veggies... New fridge finally arrived, but never made it off the truck. As they were unwrapping it, the drivers found the top corner completely crushed. It looked like someone took a sledge hammer to it! The hinge was completely bent, and the freezer door wouldn't even open. The worst part is, the packaging was fully in tact! That means someone at the factory SAW this, and packaged it up, anyway, and allowed it to ship! Then, when I called to see if I could get the replacement delivery moved up at all, Best Buy customer service said she was going to 'escalate' this to the local store manager, and that they could give me a loaner fridge. The store manager called me, and said he's never heard of a 'loaner' fridge. He had nothing to loan me. So, here is sit, for ANOTHER week, with NO FRIDGE! The quality issue is 100% on Whirlpool, but Best Buy needs to get their communication sorted out! If anyone else had a 34" fridge in stock, I would be cancelling this order, and buying elsewhere!

    The Refrigerator was very bright inside and has improved the look of our overall kitchen. We think that the water/ice dispenser is great. Keeps cool while looking cool

    Good fridge but one flaw

    I love the looks and everything else EXCEPT for the water dispenser. It comes out at pretty much room temp. Not chilled AT ALL... I guess that's why they provide an ice dispenser.

    Very loud...much louder than any frig I owned. No way to stop it from rolling towards you when opening the door(no feet, only 4 rollers ). Freezes items in the non-freezer section. Runs much of the time. Wire hanging out from bottom for no apparent reason... was told they can't replace since they don't when they will get more units in due to pandemic...Stuck now with a very bad frig

    Love the fridge, however the original installers couldn't get it into the required place and just left it in my kitchen. It took 2 weeks to get someone to my house to fix that.

    Worst fridge on the market.=

    This is easily the worst fridge on the market, Whirlpool should be ashamed of this garbage. It will drip water all of your floor which is was designed to do for some reason. You have you shut the water off and pull the fridge out to replace the $50 water filter for some reason, if you don't shut the water off it'll spray water all over your floor, once again terrible design. It is really really bad at keeping the fridge at a correct temperature, it'll swing between way way too warm and way way too cold. No matter how many service calls the defective design of this fridge cannot be fixed.

    Delivery Team Weak

    Delivery team was less than desirable. Staff did a great job to set-up delivery on a damaged refrigerator that showed up three months earlier. I confirmed we would have the old refrigerator cleared out for the second time. On May 4, the delivery team was in the area, didn't come by the house, because I was out in the garage welding and didn't hear the phone the delivery team went to their next stop and declined to come by and make the delivery. ORDER CANCELED.

    Ice maker noisy

    Fridge works well, but it does make a little more noise than our 17 year old Whirlpool that we replaced. The major problem is with the ice maker. Just before it dumps the ice, there is a very, very loud thumping, knocking noise. It is so loud, we think there is someone knocking on the door.

    DO NOT BUY!!!! I received this refrigerator brand new in November, 2018. In June, 2019 the seal around the freezer malfunctioned, along with the freezer door switch that malfunctioned and needs to be replaced. The food in the freezer defrosted. Even the service technician said these problems are extremely unusual for a newly purchased product. While the service technician was at my home I asked him why items on the top shelf of the refrigerator section froze up. He said I would have to live with this because the vent from the freezer extends to the top shelf of the refrigerator section. I have trusted Whirlpool products for many years, but this product is a total disappointment. ✘ No, I do not recommend this product.

    Lots of convenient space and able to see things well. Top shelf is not high enough to sore gallons for milk. Maybe you have to take the shelf out and start over.

    Don't buy. Purchase in June 2023. The bed in the bottom was cracked. Service came out and used something resembles putty. Came a second time because food wasn't cooling put temperature up a little and certain foods became frozen. Ice gets stuck in the ice bend and don't come out unless you use something to loose cubes. The service guy was of no help,but was nice.

    Not enough chilled water coming out!!

    The water comes out chilled for only a SMALL glass. The rest is room temperature. We had it installed last Thursday. After waiting 24 hours as instructed, we noticed the room temp water and called Bestbuy. Bestbuy then scheduled for a home delivery tech to come out today; he said that there's nothing wrong with the installation; this model only holds so much cold water in the dispenser, but only a small glass really? I have never had a fridge where only this little chilled water comes out. The rest of the fridge is OK, ice dispensing is ample. Fridge and freezer are working OK even though it's a bit noisier than my previous fridge. I am very disappointed with the chilled water issue. Now, to exchange for another model, I 'd have to pay for the restocking fee :(

    Wish we got a different one!!

    This refrigerator has been the worst appliance we have purchased. There is a water stain down the front because of the poor dispenser design. I have had to have the freezer repaired already for freezing up and now its the water line issue with the dispenser. Only had it 3 yrs. Not enough storage either.
