    Missed my window.

    I purchase this refrigerator September 2022. It's not what I expected. The freezer side is very compact and the door have very small space to store items. The right side is also very small, not enought space. The temperture keep flocktuaring from freeze to not cold. I miss my 15 days for an exchange, so I have to content myself for the next 10 years with this bad item.

    Whirlpool Products are Junk!

    Besides the junky ice maker commonly complained about, this refrigerator has quit keeping food cold and it’s a holiday weekend so can’t get hold of anyone at Whirlpool to even schedule a repair and another repairman can’t get parts so I have to throw all my food out. I bought it 24 months ago. The Whirlpool washer I bought last year stopped working after 2 months and I had to wait weeks for a repair in it. I’ll never purchase another Whirlpool product!

    Do not buy this fridge

    It has not been more than 21 days that I plugged it in and both side are not working. Top it off I cannot get some one to come until monday that was more than 1 week from when I called. I got back from vacation to all my $400 food market that i bought prior to leaving on vacation so I would have to go when I came back to being spolied. And no there was not power outage I called electric company and asked neighbors

    Very poor design. Very dissapointed.

    Extremely disappointed. Imagine getting water, you take out your glass and the water keeps going for two more seconds. The water doesn't even land on the water tray and goes through the door to the floor. Extremely poor design.

    so far, so good!!!! works well, runs quietly. Not recommended for a corner spot, but that's all we have. VERY NICE OVERALL.

    Whirlpool refrigerators are garbage. Bought one 5 years ago from best buy and after 5 years it failed. This garbage lasts 5 years. Best buy knows it. The warranty company knows it. The techs that are employed by the warranty company know it. The whole thing is a scam. Never buy an appliance from Best Buy. Never ever buy whirlpool. And never ever get the warranty

    Doesn't cool anything

    I bought this fridge like a month ago, and already had best buy come and look at the fridge. I'm still having issues I have it at the coldest setting and food has gone bad and everything is like room temperature. I should have gone with different brand, my old refrigerator had for years and years and it was kept things colder than this.

    Poorly Made and Best Buy Maintenance Slow

    We have had this refrigerator for 2 months, the other day the icemaker quit then the next day the refrigerator quit cooling. Called for geek maintenance on a Wed and can't get service until Friday afternoon.

    Problem from the start

    Bought this unit a month ago. Delivery guys were fantastic. However, the unit is not. Never made much ice from the start then within a month it stopped cooling and freezing. Whirlpool is sending a tech out tomorrow so we shall see. In the mean time I'm using my 25 year old Frigidaire unit in the garage.

    It’s 3:24 AM and I’m awake because of this fridge.

    We bought this fridge less than 4 months ago and it worked very well for the first 45 days. Then all of the sudden, it starts randomly beeping. We thought it was because we had stuff on top of it but it turns out there was some sort of system error and it was unable to produce ice. So we had someone come out to look at it and he tries and fails to fix it. He proceeds to tell us that the parts are on back order until early October (he came out in July). So we have been buying our own ice and dealing with it because the incessant beeping stopped and that’s what was most important to me. Well fast forward to right now, at 3 o’clock in the morning and it has started beeping AGAIN! I have been woken up 3 times now and at 7 months pregnant, I’m already not sleeping well enough. Every time we call for an update they don’t give us any valuable information. Do not buy this refrigerator!! If something happens to it, neither whirlpool or Best Buy is going to do a thing to help you.

    Whirlpool Refrigerator

    Bought a brand new refrigerator from Best Buy only to get an open box refrigerator delivered. Tried getting it replaced but jumping through hoops to make it happened. I bought groceries in preparation for a new refrigerator only for it spoil but Best Buy still playing games.. smh. Never will buy from them again.

    If I could give this negative stars I would. Refrigerator and freezer quit cooling 18 months after purchase. Piece of junk. DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON WHIRPOOL.

    DO NOT BUY!! These WP side by side with water in door have a systemic problem. The wires going into the freezer door on the bottom will all break in about 1.5 yrs. Unless you are ready to repair about 8 wires, you can expect a hefty bill for the fix. I have repaired my sister's unit. Bad engineering.

    Sign of the times

    Does not work anymore after 3 years. Technician replaced the circuit board and it lasted 2 weeks. He checked every component again free of charge and said that it was likely wiring harness and unrepairable at this point. They build these pieces of junk to fail on you within 3-5 years so you will have to buy another one. Better get a 5 year warranty because these appliance companies do not care about you as a consumer or your hard earned money.

    Bad best buy and geek squad

    We have this side buy side with ice maker. Ice maker went out.best buy geek squad are terrible. 4 times scheduled someone to come out and fix ice maker.one guy showed up 10 min later said it was fixed. One week later broke again. Three times ive callled geek squad what a joke. Three time waited all day know one showed up no call nothing. Asked to speak to a supervisor nothing. I will never ever buy from best buy. Take your money else where. U pay for a protection plan and cant get it fixed. What a joke geek squad and best buy. From this i will be cutting up my best buy card.
