Stopped cooling in less than 2 yrs.

Bought whirlpool as it has been around for many years and hoped it would be dependable.

However, for my house’s height restriction due to cabinets, this was the best option. We love it. I wish the bins were sturdier. Within a few weeks it cracked. Whirlpool was great and sent me a replacement

I chose this product and am very pleased

The ice maker runs constantly, putting out small ice cubes The vent from the freezer to the refrigerator freezes water bottles on the top shelf of the refrigerator

Design having ice dispenser behind water not such a good idea. Other than that no complaints.

Only 1 glass (8 oz) of cold water is dispensed and the rest is room temperature. The refrigerator and freezer are kept at the default temp settings (3 bars) and the food/veggies/eggs in the refrigerator freeze. The Whirlpool technician came to the home for a checkup and said that the temp is fine and left. But, the food continues to freeze and eggs continue to break due to expansion with the freeze. I have lowered the temp to 2 bars and still the same issue.

The three storage drawers do not open very well compared to our previous kitchenaid. Also please know the internal shelves are non adjustable.

Bad design. It does not feel like a stainsless steel. It feels like metal scraps. The handles are too bulcky and outdated. It seems for the last 50 year the same design has been used without any improvement. If it was not for hieght restriction I would have never bought this piece of junk. It is not worth the money I paid.
