It works. Sometimes it sounds a little loud. The delivery was on time and I was called before the arrived. The guys that delivered it were quick, polite and cleaned everything up before the left. Very nice.

Great fridge It has water dispenser . I like the fact that is only two doors and not three doors. We prefer the two doors because there is more room for the freezer section. You can stuff a lot of stuff in the freezer section.

So far so good. Grudge is small. It reads that it leaves no fingerprints but it’s hard to keep clean and scratches easy.

Seems hard to level and moves some when opening the door. One of the fridge draws sticks or catches, but then again seems like cheap plastic draws and tracks. Very disappointed almost to the point to have them come out again to check draw and level.

The gentleman that carried in and installed my new refrigerator where very considerate and did a great job, they explained everything they where doing , it was a very peasant experience. thank you for a great job. :)

Everything works. Water could come out colder. Not sure why it doesn't?

I loved my refrigerator, Whirlpool 21.4 cu. ft side by side refrigerator. Thank you best buy geek squad for installalling and hauling the old one as well. You cannot be wrong with whirlpool brand.

We ordered this fridge, the bottom guard was buzzing so badly we had to take it apart and wedge something in between the guard and the body of the fridge to stop the noise. Upon calling Best Buy the SAME DAY IT WAS DELIVERED, they said we had to contact the manufacturer who has yet to come fix it. So now 4 months later I have a 'brand new' $1500 fridge with some crumpled up paper and no bottom guard on it.

Very happy with purchase of whirlpool side by side fridge. I like the ice maker and water dispenser. The only thing i don't like is the glass shelves are not adjustable. Other than that i live this fridge also not noisy at all.

Still have not figured out how to suspend the drawers on the side supports.

I purchased in store. The freezer side started to cool after an hour however the refrigerator side took almost 24 hours. After 3 or 4 days the refrigerator freezes faster than the freezer. Food has been ruined. I tried unplugging and resetting temperature and no change. BB return is 15 days and I missed it. Wish i had gotten a different refrigerator

Excellent product. My wife loved the stainless steel finish. Had it for three years now and have had no issues what's so ever.

I would recommend this fridge. Looks and functionality is perfect.
