Good refrigerator for the price!! It was delivered fast next day

Would purchase again! Service was great and love the refrigerator.

I'm sorry for the poor star rating. The refrigerator never was delivered. Two days after purchase and a delivery time scheduled I received a message from Best Buy. Thei refigerator was no longer available, out of stock. I was told that a replacement would be available in two months from the manufacturer. I needed a replacement now. How could Best Buy sell me something they no longer had in stock? Poor way to do business. I found one at Lowes instead. Same model and size

When I read the reviews on this refrigerator people complained about how loud it was. They were right. When this refrigerator is running it is very loud and annoying. I put in a call to get it replaced but I have not heard back yet.

Both the freezer & the refrigerator are too small. We got because of outside water & ice maker. Also the customer service for Best Buy is poor.

This refrigerator is small and probably not great for a larger family. But for a small space it’s just the ticket you need! Because the doors fold inward as you open them, it will fit into a tight space perfectly. I love it.

It is a good fridge. The drawers open & close a bit rough.

This refrigerator is terrible. DO NOT BUY IT. We had the refrigerator setting at 3 and the food was not cold. We put it to 4 and now the items in the refrigerator are freezing. We called Best Buy and they said we need to call Whirlpool. We called Whirlpool and they are sending out someone in 2 weeks. In the meantime we are throwing out food that does not need to be frozen. The refrigerator is 2 weeks old and all these problems. DO NOT BUY IT.

 this refrigerator is constantly running, and the interior is not designed properly. You cannot even put a bottle of soda or a full container of milk on the shelves and the shelves are not adjustable and it’s constantly making noise. I would not buy this again.

I would purchase this item again. Size and functionality just what we needed.

This fridge looks great, keeps perfect temps in the fridge and below zero in the freezer. The one down fall are that the shelves are all preset, so you can't adjust the size. If you need more shelf space, you have to eliminate a whole shelf.

Had an issue with the door handle but getting it fixed

I ordered a different refrigerator and it was out of stock. The person at Best Buy suggested this one. So I decide to get this one and the freezer is to small. This item is a on line item.My husband will not bring it back so I am stock with it.

Cheap, cheap, cheap. Plastic.. The sides bulge. This is a huge problem when trying to fit this refrigerator into an opening created for the stated dimensions. Did I mention noisy?

This fridge was the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I’ve needed a new one for awhile, with Best Buy it was easy to order and have it delivered and installed for free!

The refrigerator was installed on June 3, 2023. In less than 2 months the freezer portion of this model started making buzzing noises that increased in intensity. The level of noise at this point is unbearable. I can't hear someone talking to me. Whirlpool will check it out in four days. In the meantime, I would not recommend this fridge.

This fridge is smaller than the standard fridges with all the bells and whistles. We just don’t have enough space. That said, it has everything we need—ice maker and water dispenser, plenty of door space to hold gallon milk jugs, etc. Perfect for our situation.

Just upgraded needed more space and i wanted that black to match my other appliances if your looking for Good refrigerator this is the one trust me the ice maker is Perfect

I am very pleased with this refrigerator. Spacious, and temperature stays on track.
