The fridge looked as expected and worked for a month, then the freezer failed! !!! Lost my food. The repair tech from Whirlpool will not come for almost 1 week, I was told it is only diagnostic so expect to wait for parts…. So there is no expedite for a NEW NEW appliance failure The Geek Squad warranty means nothing since the refrigerator is not a year old yet… no help from Bedt Buy at all!

I got my refrigerator right when they said I would and the installers were courteous and prompt.

I lost interior space in both the refrigerator and freezer and the shelves are not adjustable. The drawers are made cheaply and there seems to be no pride in workmanship. Runs quiet and the ice maker seems to work fine.

Love my new Whirlpool refrigerator! I really didn’t think I’d use the ice/water dispenser, but I love it! The stainless steel is timeless and a welcome change from our dated almond refrigerator.

Had to have shorter side by side because of low cabinet clearance. I had a whirlpool before and wireset broke for freezer ice maker, so I needed a whole new door for $1500. I hope this one doesn't have the same issue

Water/ ice dispenser leaks water on Side by side refrigerator/freezer. We have called repeatedly and no one called back after a service visit. Finally they’re calling saying we are out of 60 days window to return/get a replacement. However, Geek Squad said our 60 days window started over with their visit on August 14. Do not buy anything from Best Buy!! They will not stand behind their products. Geek Squad gave me a number to call and said I would get a live person at Best Buy corporate. It was a Call Center in the Philllipines and the person was not understandable due to his accent and poor English. Shame on Best Buy!! Poor customer service.

We purchased this refrigearator 10 months ago and have had constant defrost issues, resulting in the fridge warming to over 50 degrees on at least 8 occasions. We have had whirlpool service in to repair more times than I can count (I believe we are up to 5 visits, waiting for them to come a 6th time to replace another part). They replace different parts each time, but the unit still does not work properly. We are currently experiencing warming issues once every two weeks while waiting on another part to be replaced, and it is incredibly frustrating that Whirlpool will not just replace this defective unit. Instead we require service to come constantly to try to repair this one which started having issues within 2 moths of purchase. I like the fridge a lot, but one star is a stretch since it requires us to empty it and manually defrost every few weeks, losing food in the process. We are very dissapointed in this unit and would not recommend.

I am a 100% satisfied with this product the refrigerator has easy access to shelves drawers. Both water and ice depender are very practical and easy to use..I love the temperature settings for both the freezer and refrigerator.

Love my new refrigerator had to replace my GE I had for over 12 years the store did not have a lots are stock due to the pandemic.

Love the color. I never understood why everybody goes crazy for stainless steel so when black stainless started showing up I was very happy. This is one of the few side by sides in this size that comes in black stainless.

I love my new refrigerator. Ice, water work while side door is open. Not used to that. Would highly recommend.
