They told me they would call me to either replace the door or give me a credit. After no phone call from them, and me leaving 2 VM , with no reply. Its getting very frustrating..

The "Fresh Flow" fan sounds like a helicopter taking off in your fridge. The top and 2nd shelf freeze anything at the back. The selves are too shallow and the freezer is ridiculously small. The icecubes are so small they melt immediately. Glad I kept my old whirlpool fridge for the garage. Nothing fits in the new one! I called service about the fan noise, nothing they can do.

Quality is lacking
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've owned this product for about a month, and it's been disappointing from the start. The biggest issue? It won't keep a consistent temperature -- one of the basics of a refrigerator. Sometimes water in a glass is barely cold -- and other times is frozen. This morning I had to toss a yogurt -- it was frozen solid. There are 2 older adults in our household, so it's not like dozens of people are opening the door. My father and grandfather (who both worked at Whirlpool most of their lives) would be sad to hear how bad things have gotten. Avoid this brand.
