    Had a Samsung that went out in 6 years, which is silly. Gonna try this more reasonably priced frig to see how the reliability compares. Doors are not level and handles are noticeably different heights so I am already al little skeptical.

    I bought this for a spec house. Would possibly give 5 stars, but I haven't used it myself. I was most impressed by the customer service. I talked to a rep via phone in my local store and he was able to find a counter depth fridge with matching stove, microwave and dishwasher for me at a great price.

    We like our new refrigerator/freezer. However, some feedback - (one time so far) the crushed ice got stuck in the cylinder from the freezer to the dispenser, we set the refrigerator on the recommended temperature, however our orange juice froze - we moved it up one degree.

    The refrigerator works great but is small for our taste. We had limited room so we had to get counter depth. Personally, it is too small. The features are great. Sometimes, the water filter drops after it has been replaced.

    Bought another Whirlpool because my last one lasted 15+ years. Hopefully this one will last just as long. This model is beautiful although there is less space than my older one. Wish there more extra shelves for the freezer. Other than that I would recommend this product.
