Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially, I was happy to receive this fridge when mine died during the COVID-19 lockdown, just ordered it online and it was delivered to my front door on April 15, 2020. Weeks later I noticed it was defrosting and draining a lot. Was connected to a repair entity and sent photos of issue. They ordered a seal/gasket waited 5/7 weeks, repair person looked at it & determined that wasn't the issue. So a new freezer door was ordered. It was shipped to my home and the warranty repair person installed it. It is late October and ice continues to build up inside the top of freezer door so then it has to defrost and drain. Have inquired about replacement options...stay tuned.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.freezer stoped working. unfortunately, i didn’t buy warranty & i didn’t call to get it checked. i’m such a busy single mom so it didn’t occur to me my 1 year warranty was over 10/2022. Now it’s 1/2/2023 just 3 months over my warranty and i’m finally off to take care of it, and it’s now too late. for $1500 not a good buy if freezer already not working less than a year of purchase.
