Nice fridge. Chose it because it fit into a recessed spot in the kitchen. Keeps temperature perfect. Quite.

This whirlpool refrigerator was probably the only side by side refrigerator we could find to fit in the space our 25+ year old whirlpool refrigerator occupied. We preferred a model without water and ice but were unable to secure one, due to the manufacturer's multiple failures to deliver one. The delivery team did a phenominal job maneuvering the unit into the space it occupies.

Excellent temperature control. External water and ice easy to access. Plenty of space - both refrigerator and freezer sections. Attractive finish. Very pleased. No issues.

The manual is wrong in setting temperatures. 1 bar is warmest and 5 bars is coldest. That said there selection of bar 3 was proper.... 0 in freezer and 37 in refrig after 4 days of adjusting. They scraped the elevator with my old refrig when getting it out. I bought 4 appliances and they are being done at 3 times....

Works very well as expected. Love the 3 drawers and their depth for storage. Great look.

Nice refrigerator but it didn't fit into my house kitchen door. The wrong size was ordered. Make sure the right one ordered.

I bought this fridge to replace my old French door fridge. Although this was rated 0.7 cu ft smaller than my French door fridge, because of the shelves (no sliding drawers from the French door), I was able to pack more food into both the fridge and freezer. My complaint would be the shelves are not adjustable. Only the bins on the door are. So its a game of tetris to make groceries fit well.

We replaced a 20+ year old top freezer model refrigerator with this side-by-side. Even though the side-by-side is supposed to be larger, we are having problems finding spots for everything. Be cautioned that the shelves inside the refrigerator are not adjustable. Depending on where you purchase a gallon of milk, it may or may not fit anywhere but on the door. Having water and ice on the door is nice, but this model has no drain so you must always clean up any spills. You are also very limited on what you can put in the freezer. I don't believe we will ever purchase another side-by-side refrigerator.

It runs well, I like that even though I have no water hookups, I can still manually put ice in the ice maker. The freezer is WAY TOO small though. And I had to take a partition out on the fridge side so that I could actually put things in it that are tall like a 2-liter. It’s a mini fridge. Cute, but if you have a big family do not buy this. There’s no room.

Yes it’s a bit loud but the kitchen is not where I always am and I can’t hear in the living room. I don’t like that the wheels don’t lock as the fridge moves and also the fact that locking the temp locks the ice and water function. Kids are always turning up the temp in the fridge portion freezing my eggs. Space is good and it serves its purpose.

The freezer is a little small. But overall it is an excellent refrigerator.

It was a ok refrigerator, as you can see from the price listed for 1 Whirlpool fridge, it was just above average and ok, not too good or too bad. I still love it though, the only thing that bothers me and I don’t like probably be the right door. The doors are not even to one another, even if I adjust it. Overall, it’s a good purchase for me!

I am disappointed in this product, especially given that it is a Whirlpool! The freezer shelves are too small, and the ones on the inside of the door are useless. The glass shelves on the refrigerator side do not extend all the way to the back of the refrigerator wall, leaving big gaps. Plus, it seems as though you are not careful and pull on a bin too hard, the whole bin—-glass and all—-would come out. If you break a shelf, DO NOT order a new one from Whirlpool. You will pay more than $100! Instead, go to a glass repair shop and get tempered glass for $35! Most of the shelves are not spaced far enough apart to allow for the standing of ketchup and similar bottles. Forget about putting a wine or champagne bottle inside! My previous refrigerator seems like it held more both in the refrigerator and freezer. If you want crushed ice, you will have to make it colder than recommended or it will be watery. No matter if you use crushed or cubed ice, it inevitably ends up on your kitchen floor. Unfortunately, because of height restrictions, this was the ONLY refrigerator I could buy.

Looks great and works great just constant water residue trail coming from the water dispenser that runs all the way down to the floor on the freezer door. Annoying.

Service in the store was great, the delivery time was excellent, and the service installment was great too. Only thing is that the ice maker is a little bit slow to make ice. It doesn’t hardly make enough ice to keep up with two people using it.

I love Whirlpool appliances and glad Best Buy carries Whirlpool. My new refrigerator is great. The only problem with it is the shelves are not adjustable as were in my old Whirlpool refrigerator. Enjoying this refrigerator.
