very nice appearance and perfect size for my small kitchen. The only two problems is the ice maker on/off switch that is so hard to locate. The other issue is the lack of instructions that should be available at time of delivery.

I like the refrigerator. One problem I am getting leakage from the ice maker.

We purchased this refrigerator because it was the only one that fit in the space of the old one. Delivery was great - the guys took the old fridge away and installed the new one and leveled it. No complaints there. None of the shelves are adjustable except the ones in the door, where you can put a two liter bottle but anything shaped like a bottle keeps falling over every time you open the door. If you want to put a gallon of milk in the fridge, it barely fits on the top shelf, with the lid hitting the top. Same with the orange juice. There is a water and an ice dispenser on the outside of the freezer door, but the cutout is so small that you can't reasonably place a tumbler (thermos water bottle) underneath the ice or the water dispenser. When you angle your tumbler to get ice, you invariably hit the water dispenser, which then spews water not just in the drip tray but also all over the floor. If you accidentally brush up against the control panel, next time you go to get something out of the fridge, everything is frozen. On top of that, even if you set the temperature correctly (default setting), stuff that is all the way in the back is always frozen. And the most bizarre thing it does after you get ice, it will spit out an ice cube many minutes later.

Great fridge that fits the area. Lots of fridge room. Freezer is a little small but adequate

I recommend to get this fridge, excelent size and design. The quality is also awesome, I wish i was helped to put it inside the house but because of the crisis, its understandable.

It's more compact than my old one, which I wanted, and everything still fits.

For $1500, you'd think it would have some basic common sense features #1) You cannot adjust shelves!! (see pics) You can on the side doors but not in the main compartment. So don't buy anything tall #2) Temperature adjustment should be simple like a pic of a thermostat or maybe red on 1 end/blue on the other? Instead you get 'bars' that even the manual contradicts itself on #3) Wanna turn off the auto ice maker (in the door). Good luck! #4) Wanna level the refrigerator? You can't. It's on wheels. #5) It looks good... but only from the front (see pic) I could go on, but it's a very flawed design. These are basic & would've cost very little for Whirlpool to correct. Maybe you can adjust the shelves in the $2000 model.

It's good product. I have no problem, more space, easy to operate and we like it very much.

Nice and compact fridge! Easy wipe off and fingerprint proof! This particular one is a lil small on the inside but overall a great appliance. So far so good!

I lovecrhis refrigerator! Although, smallercthan my mast one it is huge on the inside. It cools & feezes beautifully and looks great in my kitchen.

The refrigerator section in great the freezer shelves are ti narrow. My previous fridge had better spacing. But it still works well

Love this refrigerator. But, two issues one the ice machine quits making ice for no reason. Secondly, the freezer section is so small. I can't even put a DiGiorno's pizza box in the freezer. No, I would never buy this product again. But I'll give Best buy one more chance when I purchase a new refrigerator that is larger more efficient and the ice machine works. Buyer beware!

Looks good, ice maker/water dispenser works well, good interior lighting, keeps food cold. Ah, but the noise. I don't expect a refrigerator at this price point to be really quiet, but this particular example is beyond unacceptable. It isn't just the volume of the noise but the character. There is a "normal" buzz or whir that is loud but borderline acceptable, overlaid with a throbbing variable pitch noise that is impossible to ignore. We have a bedroom on the opposite side of the kitchen wall where the refrigerator is located and the low frequency throbbing noise comes through the wall and is, at times, loud enough to disrupt sleeping. I'd read the reviews and saw a few other comments about excessive noise, but I also saw some that praised the lack of noise. Obviously they don't all sound like ours, but if you buy one you can't depend on getting a quiet one. Ours is so bad we'll probably bite the bullet and buy another refrigerator. It won't be a Whirlpool.

Great product, could have used a bigger size. Ice maker works wonders. Once in a while the fridge gets to cold and the eggs and milk will freeze. That is why I give this a 8 out of 10

This seems like it will be a good refrigerator for us. I wish the shelves in the main compartment (as opposed to on the door) were adjustable for height.

Have h ad a problem with the ice through the door feature. Every time I get ice I also get styrofoam in my glass. I have looked at the different areas of the ice maker to try and resolve the problem but couldn’t find anything. I have called the appliance repair line and they are coming out tomorrow, hopefully the can solve the problem.

Got this fridge to replace the old, outdated fridge that came with the house I bought. Not really much to report. Unlike the old one, it works properly and has a water/ice dispenser. It's a little smaller than I would prefer, but height restrictions severely limited my options.
