The model is good for the price but if I can't fix the loud vibration noise (started day one) I will upgrade to the Frigidaire 26.8 French door model with the bottom freezer. That one is rated one the quietest models on the market and it's only around $600 more.

Refrigerator is quiet. Works well with the limited space we have available. Would give it a higher rating except the dispensed water isn't cold. Also miss adjustable shelves in the refrigerator. The shelves on the door are adjustable.

Everything was fine except the left side back bottom was damaged after unpacking. The ice distributor will sometime catch a cube or 2 in the chute which will melt and leave a water spot on the floor. Other than that it is well lit and roomy for it's size.

Reliable. Confirmed as really being "Fingerprint Resistant" as promised. External ice & water dispensers are nice features to have as it prevents cold air "escaping" from freezer whenever ice is needed for drinks.

Avoid Whirlpool and save your money. Water leak after first filter change. 6 tech visits, issue not corrected. Then Whirlpool claims "Out of Warranty" declines further repairs. They do offer 35% off a new Whirlpool purchase? Run fast away from any Whirlpool appliance! *Spend $1800 and keep paper towels stuffed in to absorb water dripping from filter compartment and a cup to catch water dripping from the front of the filter compartment. Classy, right? Needed a smaller cubic inch fridge to fit in our kitchen space. This one was perfect. Ice maker is a little loud but spits ice out like nobody’s business.

It's a well functioning fridge and freezer. I bought it to replace an LG which was a lot more expensive but less reliable. Only down side is the freezer doesn't have much usable space.

Installation was ok. Door alignment tool was not included and aligning doors was difficult operation a features good, Water dispenser doesn't always catch all the water and it splashes on the floor.

This refrigerator replaced a broken that was finally nice to have a working fridge. No issues with doors not closing, plenty of space for the fridge side and the comfort of ice/water dispenser. The interior has great lighting, plenty of shelf space and fits our fridge area. Glad to have a refrigerator that works and gives all the amenities that you need.

This is a nice fridge! I haven’t had any issues with it. The freezer is small and doesn’t hold a lot of stuff so I have to make sure I don’t buy too much. I love the water and ice feature as we drink a lot of water. It was super easy to set up! Also has wheels on the bottom and moves nicely across the floor.

We ordered this fridge and when it arrived we realized it wasn’t tall enough so we were able to keep this one until a taller one arrived that was on back order. The freezer was a bit small but it worked for what we needed at the time. Best Buy customer service is unmatched

I ordered this online and was pleased with both the product and delivery. The fridge is well made, has plenty of room and works great! Excellent value.

The flaws with this product are, the ice and water dispensers are too close together and causes water to spill on the floor. Items placed on the top shelf in the back tend to freeze.

This fridge is small, if you have more than 2 people living in your home, go for a bigger fridge. The fridge itself is nice keeps things cold maybe a little too cold

A good refrigerator! It runs well does both crushed and regular cubed ice. Easy setup for the water line. It doesn't advertise it but it has wheels that allows it to be pulled out so you can clean behind and under the fridge alcove. Only coming is a small freezer space.

For our tight space we didn't have many options, this checked all the boxes. Nice fridge. Read the manual, I read some reviews about water drips, that stopped for me after bleeding the air from the line per instructions. It's been setup for almost 24 hours and there's a loud compressor noise and it runs most of the time. I'm hoping that's just part of the startup process. If I could, I would attach a video with the noise. Other reviews mentioned a loose item against the fan, or vibrating back panel, it's none of those, the compressor is loud.

Really wanted a side by side with water and ice. This is the only one I could find that would fit for height, width and depth. I have water, crushed ice and cubed ice. Room for milk in the doors. Could have desired that the ice and dispenser didn't take up so much of the door. Other wise has a lot of great features.

We needed a smaller fridge for our house and this one is excellent! Originally the ice maker did not work, but that was because of an error inserting the water filter by the delivery guys, but it eventually worked. The water does not get cold though, but it does have ice. We love the glass shelves!

I wanted a whirlpool side-by-side because I so pleased with the 30 year old one I had before moving to a different home. Compared to my old one, this one is terrible. 1. The shelves are not adjustable. 2. The temperature is set properly but stuff in the back of the top shelf freezes solid. 3 I can barely squeze a 2 quart container of milk in the top shelf. I have to lay a bottle of V8 on its side. 4. The drawers are cheaply made and make a scraping sound when opened and closed. 5. The freezer is small and poorly laid out. 6. The water dispenser dribbles every time I draw a glass. 7. Today, for the third time in a month, the ice despenser glogged. When the door is opened and the ice maker is clogged ice falls all over the kitchen floor. In summary, I would not recommend the refrigerator to anyone.
