This refrigerator was purchased on sale and was a real bargain. The refrigerator does all the stuff more expensive models do and is also a nice looking appliance. My only criticism is that the manufacturer's warranty should be longer than the one year provided.

Works well in the space we had...and perfect that the refrigerator shelves are deeper, and lower as i am on the short side. Not much freezer space, but, i dont need much, we have another.

As for the actual fridge, it's okay, but not great. The freezer is very narrow, even for a 33". My previous 33" had more space. This means the fridge is spacious, but the layout of the shelves isn't ideal so the only place to put tall items like milk and juice is on the door, and those shelves are maid of fairly cheap plastic. Another thing that can be annoying is the water/ice dispenser. It's very easy to bump the water sensor when trying to fill a glass with ice which makes for regular cleanup since the water then runs down the door and onto the floor. Now, the worst part. Right from the beginning I should have known something was wrong. The first items I put in the freezer were a pack of English muffins 2 packs of bacon. And the next day they weren't frozen yet. So I turned the freezer up to 5 (max) and they finally froze. Well, here we are a month later and everything in the freezer is thawed again. And the worst part is that neither Best Buy nor Whirpool can have a service tech come out for a week. So I'll be throwing all the food I just bought away because my month old fridge doesn't work. Also, I have to call out a day of work to wait for the tech (you get an 8hr window). Maybe they can rig the fridge to finally work properly, but would anyone really feel comfortable knowing their brand new fridge already needed repaired? I know sometimes items arrive and are broken or don't work properly, but based on all of the reasons above, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Love it!! The only thing is the door handles are not at the same level. I would like that fixed.

We have an older home and this refrigerator fit out size and gave us the modern look we wanted. Has more room in it than we thought and so far love having the water and ice on the door.

Whirlpool white appliances are low quality. Most often, there are scratches or chips on the appliances after installation. I feel bad for the installers. Best Buy did replace the refrigerator but the microwave has a chip on the side. Wish I had never chosen Whirlpool.

This is a very noisy, drawers are very cheap. Just got it today and it what fits my space but would not recommend. Freezer is so small but price gets you what is needed.

We are very pleased with this refrigerator. It fits nicely in our kitchen and has been a great upgrade for our family.

Great refrigerator. We just decided that we wanted one with the water dispenser on the inside.

I didn't initially intend to purchase such a big refrigerator. I was also going to purchase a samsung package but I needed a small microwave and whirlpool had one so I decided to change it all up. This refrigerator has the space I need. It is a double door which I love and it has the ice and water in the door. It does make some noise when making the ice but I dont mind it. It doesnt get all the fingerprints on it like other refrigerators do. I really like the quality of it. It is perfect for my small family which is my boyfriend, two kids and myself.

This refrigerator is just ok. The inside shelves cannot be moved and the top shelf should allow for bigger items and it doesn’t. The drawers plastic does not slide easily and crunches when opened and closed. Ice maker not easy to get in and out. Like I said just and ok refrigerator.

The freezer offers much less space than I anticipated. The motor makes a little more than expected. The doors swing all the way open without hesitation

I have an older house with some very limiting space/size requirements. Wanted side by side style so was literally one of three choices possible for my space. Unit is attractive and does the basic functions well. Space and shelving are good once you learn how to arrange things. Unit is quieter than the thirty year old one it replaced but still is noticeable when running. Biggest drawback is water flow in the door is terrible. Initially thought the problem may be my supply line but after having both the shutoff valve and supply line replaced/upgraded and verifying the supply volume and pressure are more than adequate door flow is still very poor. Takes 35-40 seconds to get one cup water from door spigot and ice cubes are small.

This is a beautiful fridge and what a value from Best Buy. I love the ice and it never runs out. Plenty of room in fridge and freezer.

Just the right size and features for me. Everything works as it should. It has a solid feel and doesn’t show fingerprints too much.
