Easy ordering online. Delivered in a few days. Good setup service. Refrigerator is very nice, clean lines, and small enough to fit in our space. Happy we purchased it!

While we are overall happy with this refrigerator, the ice maker is ridiculously loud. The mechanism to dump the ice and the ice dumping are REALLY distracting.

The refrigerator side is spacious, but only the door shelves are adjustable. The freezer side is very small, and none of the shelves are adjustable. Ice maker takes up about 1/3 of the freezer. Doors and handles are removable to accommodate narrow doorways.

We needed a smaller frig for our tiny kitchen. Despite a loud noise that it makes, repair person is coming to check it out.

Great value and size for a tight kitchen space. Works well.

Very pleased with the appearance and functionality of this refrigerator so far. Also fit perfectly, where we needed it to go. Time will tell how good, or hopefully great, this investiment turns out to be.

We thought we would have a problem finding a frog for our limited space but Best Buy has exactly the size we needed in an excellent, nice looking refrigerator.

Very nice refrigerator however the delivery staff left freezer door higher than the other. they had to send another guy out and he said that once the icemaker gets full with ice and the hose is full of water inside the icemaker the door will eventually come down and match the height of the fridge side which I find a little hard to believe and so far it has not happened yet so I may have to call again to have somebody come out and level the doors properly. Not happy with the delivery staff or the repair staff; they’re not very thorough.

Ice maker took a little time to figure out. There is no bar (like the manual says) but a button underneath to turn the icemaker on and off. Good if you have limited space like I do.

I live in a townhouse and am limited in size refrigerator I can have. This fit fine. Looks great. Ice maker and water dispenser easy to use. Very happy!

I am really enjoying my new fridge even after all the difficulties I had getting it properly installed. The fingerprint resistant is really a plus and I had not noticed that feature when I purchased it.

Decent buy ! Freezer could be bigger. Set up was a breeze. I did however need to reschedule the deliver since their truck couldn’t fit into my driveway. Keeps food cold and fresh. Would recommend, just be aware freezer is rather compact.

My problem started immediately and I called technical service to for help.A technician was supposed,to be here today. He called me at 7:50am to tell me that he would be here between 12and2 He then called back to confirm what che was supposed to do. He then told me that the refrigerator was under warranty and he could not touch it. This is not the end of the problem but I have used up space. I am not a happy camper.

It does the job. Delivery crew great with setting up. Does not adequately store large juice or milk jugs on top shelf without having to be forced in. Put most large juice items on the bottom shelf for young daughter to reach. Was unhappy that one shelf arrived damaged and small dent on refrigerator with almost 2 week of emailing and calling resulted with still a broken shelf & just not paying attention to minor dent. Advised to send the whole unit back to store and order a new one or a replacement of $96 for one shelf via whirlpool. Finally gave up and duct taped my shelf together to use as needed the extra storage.

I needed a replacement for my rental home as the water dispenser was leaking at the bottom and the technician gave me a quote of $600 to fix. With the acute shortage of refrigerators (size, capacity and price range) among the trusted brands the Whirlpool was the only one available. Managed to get it delivered the same week I ordered it. The cooling is good and it is the compressor is not too loud. The only compliant is that the switch for the ice maker is in an a very awkward location; you have to pull the bin to set it on or off

Great value and features for a small kitchen. The ice maker seems a bit temperamental. Best Buy delivery and haul away is the best.

The overall size is pretty big. Yet, useable storage is bare minimum. Freezer is extremely small. Cannot rearrange any of the shelving in the fridge or freezer. The shelf height is “as is”. Unless, you completely remove a shelf in the fridge. Remember, you can take away, but you cannot rearrange or customize

It was the right fit and it has been great, freezer sorta small for a family of 4 or more
