Everything was perfect - can't think of anything I would have liked to have gone differently. Great product, great price, great delivery, great installation - oh yes, and the salesman was the most knowledgeable one I have come across - so helpful.

We've had this fridge for a year and are very pleased with it. I saw reviews on the ice maker and was a little concerned about it, but it has worked very well; I hard-boil eggs weekly and that requires quick dispensing of 10-15 cubes to do a quick-cool, and that works well. Fridge does "sing" from time to time but nothing broke.

I love this refrigerator,it's nice to have ice anytime I want it also the delivery was on time and it was so nice to have the old refrigerator taken out.The delivery guys were very professional and quick,I definitely will buy from best buy again.

This is a very nice refrigerator for a smaller space. The downsize is the shelves are NOT adjustable. The water and ice in the door work well. Generally happy with it.

The fridge works great! I like the flexibility of the door shelving. I wish the main shelving was a little more flexible. It would also be nice to have a digital thermometer showing the temperature for the freezer and the refrigerator.

Probably the nicest fridge I could find in the smaller size that our kitchen required.

Best decision on this purchase so far it works fabulous, everything got cold within 1 hour, light is great very bright, ice took about 12hours to start making ice but overall it has been working wonderful. I was a bit hesitant on getting this model do to previous issues with whirlpool refrigerator on led lights that couldn’t be fixed but they did make me happy as a customer and bit the bullet. No regrets so far. Fingers crossed

The dimensions that I needed to fit in the existing space in the kitchen resulted in a limited choice of fridge. The sales lady at Best Buy went to work for me and showed some examples. I settled on the Whirlpool. It was delivered right on scheduled, installed by the competent workmen, and has been working perfectly for nearly the first month now. I am very happy with this purchase, and completely satisfied with all.

Looks good with rest of appliances in my kitchen. There is a leveling issue which may or may not be related to the refrigerator as I had a support call but they were not able to diagnose/fix it. Other than that it has very low noise & rest of the functionality works as expected. One other thing which I wanted was to stop the ice maker. Again the delivery/support guys had no clue about it but there is a hidden switch under the ice maker which becomes visible only when the ice tray is pulled out. Turning it to the off position stops the ice making. The trays are not as smooth as expected with a new refrigerator once I cleaned & put them back in. Despite all this, it does the job.

Nice depth and width but the height was lacking. The fridge was noisy right from the start but no problems other than that as of yet. Fingerprint resistant is great.

Nice compact size side by side refrigerator with water snd ice dispenser on the outside. I needed something shorter than most, and my last was a whirlpool. Shelves are adjustable, as well as sturdy.

Refrigerator is very loud at making ice. The ice maker compartment is very large and takes alot of room

When my side-by-side refrigerator was delivered, it measured a 1/2 inch wider than advertised. In order to get the refrigerator through the door leading into the kitchen, the refrigerator side of the door had to be removed. Once inside the kitchen, the delivery team replaced the door, and after that the doors were not aligned. They couldn't align the doors, because there are no leveling feet on this Whirlpool model. We requested an exchange. So when the second refrigerator was brought out the delivery men came in and checked the current refrigerator and said I will have the same problem with the replacement. I said I've never heard of an appliance not having a leveling adjustment as most every major appliance I've owned has this feature. He said he hadn't either. Unfortunately, it's the only model refrigerator that will fit in my limited kitchen space. So, My husband found a piece of lumber suitable to be used as a shim to place underneath one side of the refrigerator, which seems to have somewhat resolved the problem for the time being. The delivery guys were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. So we decided we would keep the original rather than having to go through this all over again. You would think Whirlpool would have tried to include in the design an adjustment feature. I guess I would recommend this to someone who did not have the luxury of a larger space for a bigger unit.

It's perfect for us. I had a hard time finding a fridge that would fit in the spot. It has a pretty small freezer but I don't keep that much fronzen food. Easy to clean, looks good and it fits. They delivered it quickly and set it up. We've had no issues. Glad we made this purchase.

I like this refrigerator and the Whirlpool name has always been great. When making the ice, it seems real quiet, but sometimes when the fridge kicks on to get colder again, it can be loud.

Great refrigerator. Just smaller in space, but ice machine is nice and quiet, but only sometime you will hear ice drop making a little bit loud of a sound.
