We bought this refrigerator after ours died, we read the reviews and decided to buy it. We were not disappointed with our purchase, love the ice cold water and ice dispenser. It also has decent room inside both the freezer and fridge.

Love my new stainless steel whirlpool refrigerator great features with a sleek design

Can't really get into the freezer very well). Also can't seem to get the temp right.

We've only had this a short time, but we are quite happy so far. It is a good size for almost empty nesters and the counter depth is perfect. The ice maker and water dispenser work well. The stainless drip tray is perfect to avoid issues with any water drips.

Ordered my new whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator approximately a month ago. Was absolutely delighted w the product w one exception. The external icemaker jams from time to time and when finally releases with a tad of prodding, releases cubes fast and furious winding up on my floor. Dont think I'll order my next refrigerator with external ice/water dispenser. Just as easy to open the door!

Its been about 1 year of using this fridge and I had no issues. The filter works great and I have easy access to drinking water. My favorite part is to have acceptability of crushed and cubed ice with a click.

Very good refrigerator. We’re a retired couple and this is right size for us. Larger family, it would be too small.

Great fridge. This was a replacement for an older model at a rental property. The price was good and it fit the kitchen perfectly.

This refrigerator has exceeded my expectations I'm so happy I purchased it. It fit perfectly in my kitchen the temperature settings are easy to adjust. My favorite features are the lce and water dispenser. However the inside of the refrigerator and freezer is on the smaller side. I wouldn't recommend if you have a big family,

Excellent fridge I love it. It has capacity of placing everything

The freezer door kept hitting the middle wall between the freezer side and the fridge side. I contacted BestBuy. The technician from it said, “it’s defected” which meant it was not the deliver guys’ fault. BestBuy set up a return and exchange for another whirlpool fridge for us.

I am not happy with this refrigerator. Ongoing problem with ice cubes getting stuck inside the dispenser and keeping the opening from closing. Ice then melt and leak down the fridge. I came home and found 2 puddles on the floor. I had a tech out who said the freezer was too cold and cubes were freezing together and obstructing the opening. Reduced temperature still having problem but cubes aren’t freezing to each other. Also bins in fridge do not move smoothly.

I love this refrigerator, it’s beautiful! I took out 1 shelf and that made it perfect for my milk and OJ, and I still have plenty of room. I adjusted the doors slightly, so they are aligned perfectly. Love the ice maker and the water filter. I couldn’t have asked for a better refrigerator. It works for me. It doesn’t have a lot of freezer space, but I don’t need a lot. Love it!

After order was placed the unit was delivered on time and set p by a very good team. We have a few problems with the unit ,had to call service and they needed to order parts and stated it would be up to one month to get the parts and repair the ice maker. The service department took three days to get an appointment and showed on time and preformed worked as needed. Platinun factory service Thank You.

Fridge is quiet. Lots of room in the fridge. The freezer loses a lot of space for the ice maker. Would like it if shelves were adjustable too!

My fridge is about 30 days old and so far im satisfied. It has enough space for a family of 3. Ice machine works well so far. It's pretty quiet except when producing ice. Overall decent for price point.

Great fridge. It has plenty of space yet fits into a smaller area. Still waiting to get it hooked up to water supply for ice and water.

This is a great refrigerator it has so much room even though it's a smaller refrigerator it does not feel like it. We had a bigger one before, but this 1 holds more than it did. We were totally purchase again
