I had no choice as to what they had available because of the height restriction in my house. This was my 2nd choice of a refrigerator but I was not happy with the ice maker placement! It took up a entire shelf and left no room in the freezer! It was also very loud when it ran! I ended up returning the fridge because it arrived damaged! My first choice was an LG refrigerator but that also came damaged and they had no more of them in stock!

Looks great! Love the lighting inside. So far so good. Had to upgrade to the bigger size because the smaller one could barely fit a pizza box.

I love this product! It fit perfectly. It didnt take long to cool and the installers were in and out. Others reviews mentioned the water dispenser leaking water onto the front of the door or floor, and it does a bit. That would be my o ly drawback. But, I purchased a black water dispenser sponge for any drips, and I'm okay with that.

Perfect for a small kitchen. It has all the features of a regular size fridge just smaller in scale!

Purchased in September of 2024, promised delivery and hook up on the 20th of the month but was cancelled and promised another date to deliver which was also cancelled. finally delivered in December. They said they would connect waterline but they did not. I have a beautiful fridge without ice. I will never purchase an appliance with best buy again.

It's a good fridge a little small on the freezer side plus the shelves are not adjustable it's pre-set. But all and all it's good if u need a standard size fridge and want an ice maker and water dispenser for an apartment. If that don't interest u then stick with the standard top freezer and bottom fridge it will serve it's purpose. And be a better value.

Love the color. The door trays are not as good quality as the rest of the fridge. It is a little noisy. Overall great deal.

A good step up from a starter refrigerator. We like the Side-by-Side design.

First, the positive. The refrigerator is keeping food within 30-40 degrees which is great. The rest unfortunately, are negatives. The unit makes a tremendous amount of annoying noises when it is running. The freezer sounds like a loud engine when it kicks on and drowns the kitchen with noise. It gets even louder when the refrigerator section turns on and there is a loud buzzing and vibrating. Sometimes it even makes a high frequency humming noise. Also, the dispenser water is definitely not chilled. It was advertised as such and Whirlpool representatives in the reviews section claim it is chilled. Very disappointed in this model. We have space limitations, so I don't see any other options at Best Buy that I can exchange this unit with. Very disappointed in Whirlpool. Our last unit was a Whirlpool and was great for 15 years. I'm conflicted about returning the unit (and not having any backup for our food).

I absolutely love my new refrigerator. The size is perfect, fit in the footprint of the old one and had all the features I wanted, including both ice and water from the door. I also trust Whirlpool as a brand. The Best Buy crew was awesome with delivery and set up, and the price was affordable.

Good refrigerator generally. Good amount of space. The only issue is that it’s a bit noisy sometimes.

It's working well and the ice maker/water dispenser is nice, although ice maker and dispenser take up a lot of room from the freezer door compartments. The top shelf in the refrigerator is just about an inch short for a 1/2 gallon of milk, but it fits in the refrigerator door ok.

Good product but a little noisy. As far as the rest of the operations, I have no complaints.

Works as it should. A little smaller than. I expected inside. Downside is the ice maker takes up too much room in the freezer.

We didn't have this fridge for long, it was a replacement for a house we were selling. The fridge is noisy. The house we moved to has a whirlpool and that is noisy too, so might be the brand. The lack of shelving customization leaves this fridge lacking. You end up having only 3 real shelves if you don't want to put a gallon of milk on its side or in the door.

Good value for apartment size refrigerator especially having water and ice in the door. Nice eye candy for resident presentation.

I've only been using this a few days but. The shelf arrangement is flexible and there are several specialty shelves. You can get both water and ice in the door without pushing buttons. Cube ice and crushed ice and temp controls are also on the door. I have a 37.5 inch opening but had to get a 33 inch fridge because one side is against a wall that extends out past the normal cabinet depth. Because the door opens to almost 180 degrees I still had to slide the fridge out some to not bang the door on the wall.

Love my new refrigerator. The delivery guys were prompt and very nice! Explined in detail functions of the refrigerator.
