We finally received our fridge after being without one for 2 weeks. The delay was longer because Best Buy did not tell us we needed a plumber to prepare the site for removing our old fridge.

Replaced my Samsung with this frig 24 hours after Samsung was delivered. It turns out this frig is more practical and easier to use. Should have bought this to start off. Everything is working very good!

Great fridge. Used in 1000 sq ft condo. A bit deeper than I would have preferred for a condo kitchen but it still worked out well. Renter was thrilled. Ice maker and water dispenser works great. My sister-in-law purchased the same fridge for her condo and was also quite pleased.

Great looking and exterior design. Compressor is much too loud! Runs all the time. Temp. does not ever freeze below -10, which is adequate but my previous freezer went colder. More self space in refrigerator side is nice. Shelf for pop can is unique and useful.

I love the black stainless steel color. Much easier to keep clean. Love the 3 drawers to keep food organized. Plenty of room for a small family or if you have a backup freezer. It does go into a cycle where the motor is a little loud. That doesn’t bother us a bit. I love it!!

The fridge looks nice and the inside is spacious enough for my husband and I, however; the drawers are kind of flimsy and loud when you open and close them. The main problem is the ice maker, as ice gets stuck in the shoot and then proceeds to melt out, causing a huge mess in the tray and on our kitchen floor. The water spout also drips at random. I have tried everything to fix these issues and have had no success. I've given in to leaving a small dish towel in the tray even though it looks terrible. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for since this is at the lower cost end of the side by sides. If you have more flexibility in your budget and can afford to spend a little more, I would not recommend this purchase.

So far so good only had for almost a month. The size is perfect… the water will not drip from the dispenser as long as you run 5 gallons of water out.

I purchased this fridge for my mom and she loves it. We went with whirlpool because of how reliable their products are and this was no different. There is good lighting, the stainless steel color fits well in our kitchen and the ice maker is great!

We went in the Best Buy to get our computer fixed and ended up buying this fridge. Our old fridge started leaking. Working with the installers was easy and was dine quick and efficient.

This refrigerator is just what I needed and it was available when I needed it. Purchase and delivery were easy and exactly as promised. Communication was excellent. So far it is performing flawlessly.

Only side by side that would fit on our space. Really solid for the price. Biggest issue is the water dispenser is separate from the ice, and its kind of awkwardly high and hard to find easily.

My refrigerator in my rental unit went out after 20 years and figured it would be better just to replace it instead of investing money into the old one to repair it. My tenant was very happy with this until 17 days later it also broke down. I contacted Best Buy but unfortunately the return policy expired 2 days prior (15 day returns only). My tenant then contacted Whirlpool and they could not get anyone out there for 4 days. It ended up being the condenser fan that went out and had to be replaced. Definitely a disappointment that: 1. Best Buy would not make a 2 day exception for replacement when I am an elite plus member for years. 2. A brand new refrigerator needed servicing for bad parts a couple weeks after installation.
