Very faulty customer service and delivery system. They dont care about customer, Days wasted waiting. Hours spent on phone with the worst customer service ever. Absolute Failure of a business. Will be spreading the word far and wide.

Also, it went through a phase where it would only do crushed ice, no matter if cubed ice was selected. Nothing would change it. Then, without explanation, it fixed.

Outdated design.

Bad design. It does not feel like a stainsless steel. It feels like metal scraps. The handles are too bulcky and outdated. It seems for the last 50 year the same design has been used without any improvement. If it was not for hieght restriction I would have never bought this piece of junk. It is not worth the money I paid.

It’s treated me well, but I wish at least one of the shelves were spaced out enough to hold a 2-liter. It did have a 3-4 inch scratch on the side when I went to pick it up, but I needed a fridge.

It’s so small!!! The freezer is ridiculous. Can barely fit anything. Also the water isn’t very cold. Overall it’s ok.
