We purchased this refrigerator from another source in Oct 2020, but did not receive it, though it was now May of 2021. We chose to order instead from Best Buy who delivered the refrigerator promptly, though it arrived damaged. Best Buy replaced it very quickly with a new appliance that was flawless. The delivery team was painstakingly careful with both the disassembly and removal of the original item and the installation of the new replacement. We are delighted.

Perfect fit and price for what we needed. Ice maker is a little on the loud side but not too much to disrupt anything.

ok but water dispenser doesnt spit out cold water. shelves arent great. two close together , just not positioned very well.

Great price. Excellent quality. We have a small kitchen so needed a slightly small refrigerator. We were still able to get ice maker and water on outside.

Item arrived damaged. We have been forced to wait until September 14 to exchange for a new refrigerator. In addition to the visible outer damage, the door on the right is not balanced, it is missing a part at the bottom according to one of your service people, the vegetable drawers are tough to open. We are hoping the exchange date does not get pushed back and that the new refrigerator works as it is supposed to.

This is a good appliance well worth the money. I buy a lot of these and never had a problem with appliance.

Nice medium size side-by-side frig. Owned one month so many things like longevity can't be reviewed. We wanted side-by-side and this fit into our available space.

Fantastic refrigerator, great size and looks stylish. Matches all other is in the sink appliances we purchased range microwave and dishwasher.

Best buy came three times and still could not hook up my refrigerator to a water line. I've had this for months with no working ice maker! Also this is a smaller fridge not much room and shelves do not all adjust.

Perfect size refrigerator. The only thing needs to be improved is the drip tray. Water drips in the floor.

Best buy did a great job delivering and setting up my new refrigerator. The problem was with the fridge, it heated up on the inside instead of getting cold and the lights flickered so something was clearly wrong with the product. I left it plugged in for 2 days and then called best buy to pick it back up. they picked it up the next day and I ordered a different brand. 5 stars for Best Buy service and 0 stars for this Whirlpool Refrigerator.

Great Fridge! Very spacious and it makes ice fast !

So far we have been enjoying this refrigerator. The only complaint I have is the handles, they have gotten loose but we were able to fix it. I'm hoping this does not become a reoccurring issue.

In general this fridge is just ok. The big problem is in the secs for this appliance says it dispenses "chilled water". This is a flat out lie. The water is tap water cool at best. I have a tech from Whirlpool coming , but he said that more than likely , It's as cold as it's going to get. For a $1659 refridgerator I think I could have done much better.

I receive this as a housewarming gift. I would recommend this product.

It's fine except for two issues: water and ice inevitably "dribble" from the door (and even gets water on the floor) and the refrigerator door does not shut automatically.

Product is excellent, compact and designed to store vegetables, fruits drinks meat, fish etc. Best buy is indeed Best buy from their sales personnel to product and delivery.
