The door swings wildly even after leveling. Had someone come over through warranty and they told us that is just the way this fridge is. Materials are cheap and crack easily. Now having issues where the fridge cycles for defrosting and never comes back on again which spoiled food. Freezer is really narrow and can't fit much. Water dispenser always has a drop or two caught after using so you have to wipe it everytime but even then it drips later on. Ice dispenser doesn't always work well and you have to open the door to make sure ice isn't stuck or else it'll melt and slide down to your kitchen floor.

Installation was easy as it fit perfectly in the space we had for the refrigerator we replaced. We made water connection for ice/water, plugged it in and it was operating with noproblems.

functional refrigerator but way, way, too noisy

Once we finally got it installed (which is quite a saga in and of itself), it began a nearly constant, loud conversation with us. Technician came out and thought it might be defective but more likely - it was just chatty! And then BB would not exchange it and has suggested we contact Whirlpool. Any bets on how well that will go???
