The installation crew was excellent, and got us running completely with no fuss or mess. Hence we cancelled the scheduled second installation visit, although I thought you might give us a .partial refund.

We have had nothing but issues with it since we got it. The water/ice dispenser works when it wants to and the freezer is frequently flooded and frozen over when the ice maker goes on continuous ice making. We just got home from a weekend out of town and the freezer looks like an ice cave/bar. We have called Whirlpool and have had the service guys out here three times now and I am sure we will be calling them again in the morning. Purchased on 1/27 and here it is, only 3/20. And the 90 day return with Elite status does not translate to Whirlpool, I guess.

Water and ice dispensers have a convenient easy-to-use design so that someone unfamiliar doesn't have to guess which paddle to push for water or ice.
