As far as function, it’s been a few years and everything works fine and the shelves haven’t broken. Water/ice dispenser are awesome.

It stopped cooling at the end of February 2023, determined the compressor failed. It was replaced on March 27, 2023. Three weeks later, the refrigerator stopped cooling again with the new compressor. Also ice suddely falls out of the icemaker and water comes out when getting ice. It was terribly designed.

The fridge rattles no matter how much we adjust the feet. The fridge and freezer work fine and the interior space is good. It just doesn’t seem to be very well made.

The unit has been used for 30 days yet, but it will need to be serviced. The unit was not balanced when installed so it makes noise as well. The person that came to setup the unit was unprofessional and his dispatcher/manager was no better. Overall, the service has been poor and the product better than having no refridgeration in the summer, but far from being good.

Small issue but overall is great.

Think Twice

Went with this set because it looks great but that is about it! First off the freezer is too small so if you have multiple people in your family and don’t have a deep freezer I wouldn’t recommend this. Also I have had this this refrigerator/Freezer about 8 months and it just quit working. Had to throw hundreds of dollars of food away and won’t have a refrigerator all weekend until Whirlpool can come and look at the thing! Not happy at all!
