The capacity of the freezer and refrigerator allows for a great amount of storage and the ice and water dispenser is quite handy.

My space is small and I cannot open the right refrigerator door wide enough to pull the drawers all the way out. I would have preferred to be able to switch them to shelves, which would make things easier to reach.

The top shelf isn't high enough to handle a gallon jug of milk (or juice or large soda bottles, etc.). I would never have bought it had I known this. No alternate slots to move the shelf to allow for the extra height needed. Had to remove one shelf giving me a lot less room in the fridge. None of the shelves have alternate slots to vary the height. The only place where it would fit is the lowest shelf on the door of the fridge - which is not a good alternative at all.

Poor Business Practice.

The refrigerator never was delivered. Two days after purchase and a delivery time scheduled I received a message from Best Buy. Thei refigerator was no longer available, out of stock. I was told that a replacement would be available in two months from the manufacturer. I needed a replacement now. How could Best Buy sell me something they no longer had in stock? Poor way to do business. I found one at Lowes instead. Same model and size
