Great fridge. Like the ice and water in the door. Had to take out one of the shelves so we could put milk and tea on a shelf. Husband didn’t want it on the door.

Thanks to your actual service to visit my home Joseph Yang took exact measurements and worked to find my preference in a brand more importantly a refrigerator that would fit my limited space.

The product is wonderful having space in both fridge and freezer on top that is reachable is key for me as I am disabled. I like the divisions in fridge

Within 3 weeks the coils froze over an Refrigerator side stopped chilling. You return policy of 2 weeks was useless as well as not briefing manufacture warranty

The compartments of the refrigerator are efficient. The freezer is very large, love the space.

The three gentlemen that installed these appliances did a wonderful job. They were on time and were very professional. They did an amazing job. I commend them. Three great employees.

Water/ ice dispenser leaks water on Side by side refrigerator/freezer. We have called repeatedly and no one called back after a service visit. Finally they’re calling saying we are out of 60 days window to return/get a replacement. However, Geek Squad said our 60 days window started over with their visit on August 14. Do not buy anything from Best Buy!! They will not stand behind their products. Geek Squad gave me a number to call and said I would get a live person at Best Buy corporate. It was a Call Center in the Philllipines and the person was not understandable due to his accent and poor English. Shame on Best Buy!! Poor customer service.

It's a fridge, guess what it keeps crap cold. Better yet it has 2 doors as well. Overpriced as usually when it comes to appliances.

I feel whirlpool is number one. And join the ice dispenser in the door and the service from Best Buy was excellent.

This went into a 3rd story condo rental unit. This brand and model is bullet prof. The last frig I will have to buy and install. The delivery guys were outstanding.

First it was delivered with the compressor not plugged in at the factory second the water line feeding the ice maker froze because the freezer was too cold. Third every time I use the door ice dispenser the ice bucket twists and the dispenser jams. By far the worst fridge I’ve owned in my 50 years on this planet.

Great product! My 93 year old neighbor loves it. I would purchase one myself!

We love the Side by Side by side. We were limited on space and this one fit in perfectly.

I've been lied to. Product was advertised as excellent condition. And I was given chance to look at it and confirm. Whatever I am going to say next would be referred to that fact: you had your chance. Let's start with customer service: minimum attention, dealing with their paperwork prevail over dealing with standing in front, already paid customer. Lights in the store are designed in a way that customer barely sees all the defects (known trick, should anticipate it). Product itself had numerous small dings not very visible in that light. Product was missing 1 out of 4 standing wheels, which I found out when I got it home. When I checked product in store, I would've had to tip it over to see it. When it was loaded, it was hidden from me. Product didn't have box and was wrapped in 1 (ONE) layer of thin plastic wrap in the store. It also has missing combo shelf: glass shelf with clear plastic box under that shelf. And unless I know how it suppose to look like, I wouldn't know it was missing, when I checked it. So overall, it's not as described, it's far from that.

The fridge looked as expected and worked for a month, then the freezer failed! !!! Lost my food. The repair tech from Whirlpool will not come for almost 1 week, I was told it is only diagnostic so expect to wait for parts…. So there is no expedite for a NEW NEW appliance failure The Geek Squad warranty means nothing since the refrigerator is not a year old yet… no help from Bedt Buy at all!

Love my new fridge. Delivery was on time, it was easy to instal with no issues.

It's a good fridge, but seems to be running a lot. Of course, it is summer now and the day are averaging 80 to 85 degrees F.
