Repairman said part (defrost heater) was unavailable with no ETA for repair and Whirlpool will not replace, despite fridge being under warranty. I now have no fridge or freezer despite buying a brand new one six months ago and Whirlpool gave no estimate when it will be fixed. If a product under warranty cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, it should be replaced. I could not be more unhappy with Whirlpool and their customer service, which offered no solutions over the phone other than to wait well over a month for a possible part replacement with no ETA. So I bought a new fridge from Whirlpool and less than six months later, it is broken and now I have no working fridge or freezer with no ETA for repair... unacceptable.

Had to wait two months for replacement. Replacement is even louder. Let me explain loud. Can hear down a large hallway. Have to “shake” refrigerator to stop noise. Works well other than noise but will be returning - can’t sleep with loud noise throughout the night.

Because we were under construction, I never unboxed it until we were ready which was 14 days after it was delivered. With that, Best Buy will not take it back. Whirlpool needed to be contacted and scheduled at service worker to come look into it. We're still waiting. Very disappointing
