I wanted a whirlpool side-by-side because I so pleased with the 30 year old one I had before moving to a different home. Compared to my old one, this one is terrible. 1. The shelves are not adjustable. 2. The temperature is set properly but stuff in the back of the top shelf freezes solid. 3 I can barely squeze a 2 quart container of milk in the top shelf. I have to lay a bottle of V8 on its side. 4. The drawers are cheaply made and make a scraping sound when opened and closed. 5. The freezer is small and poorly laid out. 6. The water dispenser dribbles every time I draw a glass. 7. Today, for the third time in a month, the ice despenser glogged. When the door is opened and the ice maker is clogged ice falls all over the kitchen floor. In summary, I would not recommend the refrigerator to anyone.

I like this fridge overall. I didn't give it 5 stars for a couple of reasons. 1. Frost gathers on the ice chute. 2. The fridge moves forward a little bit when you open the doors. 3. The shelves inside are not adjustable. Other than those three minor things, I really like it.

The sales men at Best buy was very helpful the first refrigerator delivery was defect not working so we contact best buy and replace the refrigerator. the second one is working excellent.

This Refrigerator was the ONLY side-by-side fridge I could find to actually fit in my 68” opening under my cabinets without having to make alterations ( Most new refrigerators range from 69-70”) I absolutely love the colors/appearance in black stainless. The fridge is deep & wide enough to fit a pizza box. The door shelf’s are wide to accommodate larger bottles. Have only 2 negatives. First, it can run noisy! This is a repetitive theme I’ve read in prior reviews. My new dishwasher is quieter! Second...the ice & water work great but, the inside of the ice maker has no drain tray. Sometimes Ice melts, drips and flows out the front down the freezer door. I try to wipe it out frequently after use. Just hope that the noisy sounds don’t means it’s a short lived product.

I absolutely love this purchase of my new refrigerator!! It looks beautiful and is very quiet. It is also very easy to move. I had such a great buying experience from my purchase in the store. Also my delivery was exceptional. I am a Best Buy customer for life!! Great store!!

Refrigerator is smaller than the one I initially chose, but I can adapt to that. If I'd had an opportunity to see this one I would not have chosen it because the shelves are not adjustable and that's a BIG problem.

Great looking refrigerator! Easy to keep outside door clean, no grandchildren finger prints! Wished the top shelf was deeper. Otherwise, I like it a lot!

This model was perfect and simple. It fit in the space, the ice and water dispenser are nice. It was the first time I had seen the ice and water dispenser have two separate buttons to dispense. Lighting is good.

Love it , but freezer on the small side but it’s nice

This is a beautiful refrigerator on the outside. The inside is nice but the fact that the shelves are not adjustable makes some things difficult to fit. Gallon milk bottles practically hit the top of the fridge. Other than the tight shelving, it’s a good fridge!

I really like this refrigerator even though it's a little smaller than my old one. It's much quieter and keeps everything at the best level of cold. I also am very happy to have no fingerprints, and I can still have my magnets attached.

The equipment is outstanding; always. With ice. Cold water, refrigerator snd freezer excellent light snd outstanding temperature!! Thank you. Thank you

I bought this fridge because all of the ones I wanted were not available and I would have been without a fridge. I looked at Home Depot, Lowes, iKea, online, and Best Buy. Finally settled for this one. My frist one did not even come as they claimed I canceled it when in reality it never arrived so i was forced to reschedule. So it came days later which was annoying as I did not have a fridge during that time. It's also definitely a lot bigger than I had thought it would be. I have the clearance it recommends but sadly we still can't open the freezer all the way since there's a wall there. And I couldn't exchange it because it had already arrived/been opened and I couldn't wait any longer for a fridge. Lost a star because there's no way to lock the wheels?? It kept rolling everytime we opened it. Had to stuff a piece of folded up cardboard underneath to stop it from rolling.

It looks very nice the design it’s amazing we love this refrigerator very easy access to the inside been a 2 door separate from frizer

It fits well under my cabinets, has plenty of room on the inside and looks very nice!

Freezer can be a challenge because of limited storage.

AVOID this refrigerator you will thank me later! I absolutely detest this refrigerator, shelves don't move, water filter system distributes a trickle of water, I had to buy a separate 5 gallon water dispenser after finding out how terrible this one is. Can't really fit milk size containers on the shelves so the side door gets packed and swings open like there is not hinge banging my wall constantly. And the freezer is tiny there no way you can fit a frozen pizza in it for instance, oh yes the best part is that the ice maker is horrible and breaks easily.
