Good quality the freezer side is a little smaller than I expected but the refrigeration side is a little bigger

Love my new refrigerator. The delivery guys were prompt and very nice! Explined in detail functions of the refrigerator.

I’m limited by the height so this was my best option. It looks really nice in stainless steel. At first I had frozen water droppings in freezer but I took out and dumped the ice and problem disappeared. The top shelf did not hold and is not adjustable to hold my Brita water pitcher. I bought smaller brita. Problem solved! Overall happy.

An ok fridge; freezer space is limited. No frills. But is seems to work fine.

We've had a number of problems with the fridge and the delivery. This is our third refrigerator. The delivery people often didn't have the general know how to set it up nor did they have the tools to properly set it up. We are on our third fridge delivery in a month. This fridge is ok, but the doors are still uneven. The delivery people didn't bother to check it (at least the third delivery people didn't). The third fridge is ok, but I notice a few details that show it might be refurbished (poorly refurbished), but it works. It would be nice if a best buy customer care person would contact us. We would like to get an extended warranty since we have reservations about its quality. Both the delivery service and the fridge are a bit disappointing, unfortunately.

Very quiet. Had to get used to side by side vs freezer on top. A lot of room in fridge. Freezer is a little but tight. But we dont have a lot of frozen foods.

The quality of the refrigerator was excellent. It has alot of space we needed.

Dimensions outside accurate but larger inside than I expected. Great surprise. Only negative is that the front wheels don't lock. Called whirlpool and best buy geek squad and no...they don't lock. So every time you open door the refrigerator moves. Solution...put shims under the front wheels. Don't think you should have to do this after paying $1200, but worked like a charm.

Slick and new! Fits right in with the rest of our appliances.

Old fridge started making a lovely noise so I got really lucky that this one was on sale and I love this fridge.

I love the size and look. the only issue is there are cold spots in the back of the fridge that will freeze things

The refrigerator fits in the specific area which made it a very limited choice. I am not happy with the chrome door as it shows every mark when you touch it and there are very specific directions as to how to clean it. The refrigerator is slightly tilted forward. I did not know if that would be a problem for the operation. We stopped at the store the next day after delivery to ask about this. Our sales person was not in and the person who talked to my husband said he did not know if that would be a problem. As there were no other sales personnel available, we left without anything being resolved.
