However, for my house’s height restriction due to cabinets, this was the best option. We love it. I wish the bins were sturdier. Within a few weeks it cracked. Whirlpool was great and sent me a replacement

The three storage drawers do not open very well compared to our previous kitchenaid. Also please know the internal shelves are non adjustable.

I chose this product and am very pleased

Not worth it

Only 1 glass (8 oz) of cold water is dispensed and the rest is room temperature. The refrigerator and freezer are kept at the default temp settings (3 bars) and the food/veggies/eggs in the refrigerator freeze. The Whirlpool technician came to the home for a checkup and said that the temp is fine and left. But, the food continues to freeze and eggs continue to break due to expansion with the freeze. I have lowered the temp to 2 bars and still the same issue.
