The temperature adjustment has a terrible UI. Worse is that it also doesn't work. You can get it too cold so it freezes everything or too warm (47 degrees) but levels in the middle don't do much. The shelves are not adjustable and not useful heights. The only tall shelf you can't use the back half of because it freezes anything you put back there. We were forced to buy it last year because it was the only one available in our area that would fit into the space we have. Our old one died so we couldn't wait a month or two for one on order. one of the shelves has already cracked after a year. the only good thing about it is the finish on the front looks nice.

Bad design. It does not feel like a stainsless steel. It feels like metal scraps. The handles are too bulcky and outdated. It seems for the last 50 year the same design has been used without any improvement. If it was not for hieght restriction I would have never bought this piece of junk. It is not worth the money I paid.

Very faulty customer service and delivery system. They dont care about customer, Days wasted waiting. Hours spent on phone with the worst customer service ever. Absolute Failure of a business. Will be spreading the word far and wide.

They damaged the wall bringing it in, left parts of the old refrigerator and left the kitchen area a mess. I recently purchased a dishwasher & that team was outstanding.
