Turns out there are different versions of same refrigeratore with same stock number but differerent suffixes at end. Delivery drivers couldn't answer questions about item even when Best Buy sent a second set of drivers out. Difficulty getting charge info entered - apparently Best Buy had computer problems that day. Salesperson was very helpful with sale but should have advised me there were differences.

However, it's very load, and the ice dispenser drops ice randomly, leaving poodles of water that ruin the wooden floors. I will be contacting whirlpool. One other thing, the fridge doesn't stay still, when you try to open the door the fridge comes forward.

The square footage of the unit is less than 22 cubic feet but that was the largest refrigerator that would fit in the limited space.

I tried to call to have it picked back up immediately but customer service seems to be pretty bad on top of a bad product
