I was ok with this refrigerator but the icemaker takes away from the storage in the freezer. If I could choose, next time I'll opt out of the icemaker. The refrigerator side has plenty of room. I DO like the deeper shelving on the door. I have to say though, the Whirlpool emblem on the front is a sticker and despite pressing it back on, it keeps popping off. (trivial, I know)

However, we can't recommend it because Best Buy has no concept of customer service. Find the refrigerator elsewhere and purchase it there!

At 10:30 I called to inquire and the delivery time was said to be delayed 10:00-12:00 (already angry they did not call to inform me, I had to initiate the conversation). My items were not delivered until 1:30 and installation took until 3. A full day lost on waiting for appliances with no reason as to why they were so delayed. (Best Buy salesman claimed recent thunderstorm impacted roads; delivery men said they had difficulty installing previous orders which was the reason for delay.) pacific sales were pleasant and eager to provide the best deal but delivery completely ruined my experience with Best Buy appliances.

One of few refrigerators that fit in our space

It's a nice fridge so far.

The plastic shelves and drawers in this refrigerator are made of cheap plastic and very easy to break and crack. I have had to replace one of the drawers already and it took them sending me 3 shipments to get the right drawer that I needed.
