It was so obvious to the eyes. Techs had to come out to adjust, but nothing could be done. The techs said because it was a standard fridge. The explanation did not satisfy me so I returned the fridge.

The only trouble we seem to be having is with the 3 drawers in the fridge. They don't slide out and in very easy. Can be frustrating when the kids are trying to get something out.

Not complete although brand new appliance.

A few weeks after being placed in our home I noticed a hole inside. A filter was missing. Like the fridge was not entirely finnished. Tried many times to get this setteled through best buy and whirpool. Got a run around. Now the water filter doesnt come out as should.

Nice fridge for price, but too small.

Shelves are not adjustable and only space for milk jugs and pitchers is very small space in bottom of door. Great for small households, but is a struggle for a family a 5.

I can’t ever get ahold of an actual person on the telephone (which I tried 16 times) then when I finally chatted with some one online.. they said my new fridge would come July 14…. I waited and waited that day and when I finally started looking online and it listed my exchange coming on September 14 (2 months from original announcement) :(
