Service Sucks

Brand new refrigerator and now I was told that I have to wait until November12 for a tech to come out to look at it.

Also didn’t like the Waite time trying to get service on it!

The second arrived and looked fine, but the longer we were home, it seemed to be so loud that that was all we could concentrate on. It sounds like a car in neutral just sitting there. Called Best Buy and was told us we would get a call within 24 hrs. It’s been 3 days!!!

Cheaply Made!

I am so disappointed in Whirlpool. It is amazing how crappy they can cheapen things - the inside drawers have no rollers, they slide plastic on plastic and are so hard to open it actually pulls the refrigerator away from the wall. I wouldn't recommend unless you really like the way it looks.

30 days and broken

Was only fridge that fit my existing space so options were limited. Owned less than 30 days and fan has stopped working which means the fridge side won’t stay cold. Have scheduled service call so will see how that goes, but as of now not worth the hassle unless you have to.
