    The ice maker is not good for crushibg ice it jams up bad then all the ice drops everywhere when you open door. I do not like it at all

    Ice Builds Up Inside Freezer Door

    Initially, I was happy to receive this fridge when mine died during the COVID-19 lockdown, just ordered it online and it was delivered to my front door on April 15, 2020. Weeks later I noticed it was defrosting and draining a lot. Was connected to a repair entity and sent photos of issue. They ordered a seal/gasket waited 5/7 weeks, repair person looked at it & determined that wasn't the issue. So a new freezer door was ordered. It was shipped to my home and the warranty repair person installed it. It is late October and ice continues to build up inside the top of freezer door so then it has to defrost and drain. Have inquired about replacement options...stay tuned.

    The fridge did not level at all though the floor was level, from front to back. It was so obvious to the eyes. Techs had to come out to adjust, but nothing could be done. The techs said because it was a standard fridge. The explanation did not satisfy me so I returned the fridge.

    freezer stoped working. unfortunately, i didn’t buy warranty & i didn’t call to get it checked. i’m such a busy single mom so it didn’t occur to me my 1 year warranty was over 10/2022. Now it’s 1/2/2023 just 3 months over my warranty and i’m finally off to take care of it, and it’s now too late. for $1500 not a good buy if freezer already not working less than a year of purchase.

    The ice maker stopped working after two weeks. Called to schedule repair service and was told there was no one available to work on the refrigerator.

    Had to buy the smaller size due to space restrictions. The ice maker takes a long time to make ice and the freezer is very small.

    Overall a good fridge and looks very nice. Love the ice maker and water. The only trouble we seem to be having is with the 3 drawers in the fridge. They don't slide out and in very easy. Can be frustrating when the kids are trying to get something out.

    We purchased this refrigerator due to its size. A few weeks after being placed in our home I noticed a hole inside. A filter was missing. Like the fridge was not entirely finnished. Tried many times to get this setteled through best buy and whirpool. Got a run around. Now the water filter doesnt come out as should.

    Very disappointed with this refrigerator! Everything in the back of the refrigerator freezes. Tried adjusting the temperature on both freezer and fridge and can’t get it to work right. Not happy at all with this product.
