    Freezer arrived a month ago and ice maker has never worked. The company is working on making right but because it under warranty through whirlpool I have to wait for them to fix it not bestbuy geek squad, which I paid for.

    Bought brand new but it stopped working three times in a year already. The compressor just shuts off randomly and all our food was ruined so many times! DO NOT buy this product!!

    Not a good quality , tried to change It and Best Buy didn’t let me , paid for old fridge to be removed , but the delivery person didn’t connect the new fridge and didn’t take the older one , I had to pay a handy man to come in connect the new fridge and take the older one . Do not recommend Best Buy for appliances.

    Issues developed 4 months into ownership. Whirlpool paid for the repairs but they returned 1 Year later. Manufacturer stated it is outside warranty

    You sold me a Lemon! Then pretended to exchange for a new fridge. Lesson learned- don't buy appliances from Best Buy! Pacific Sales is horrible as well. The quality is terrible and I'm never getting my time or money back

    Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. The interior is poorly designed and constructed. Flimsy really. We bought this because it fits the space and replaces one we bought at Sears which was much better for the same price 6 years ago. If you can afford another make/mocel, buy it.

    No water is dispensing or ice being made

    My plumber came and install the waterline and still there is no water or ice coming through. Highly disappointing. Will be calling Best Buy today to figure out what the issue is.

    Compressor has now gone out twice. This will now be the 3rd one in less than 2 years! When it does go out you have to wait 22 days for a new compressor.....

    When we inspected this open box refrigerator nothing was broken. We we got it home after Best Buy wrapped it up and moved it, one of the bins was broken. Their Pacific Sales people told me they wouldn't replace it.

    Love the fridge !!! Water and ice maker work great sometimes you need to pull back slightly so water doesn’t drip but no issues for me !!!
