Broken bin

We we got it home after Best Buy wrapped it up and moved it, one of the bins was broken. Their Pacific Sales people told me they wouldn't replace it.

The icemaker is the perfect size for me...small but makes plenty of ice & the dispenser works so well....no splattering around. The icemaker is so easy to get to & remove as well.

Had a service guy out and he said it was normal. It is not, my 4 year old is complaining the door is hot. It is almost to the point of burning

This was the only fridge with all the features I wanted that would fit in the space. An ice and water dispenser was a must. The shelves are adequate and the lighting is good. It keeps things super cold! Milk lasts for days past its sell by date. I hadn’t realized how loud and inefficient my old refrigerator was until I got this one. It makes ice like crazy. I can empty the bin at night and by morning it’s half full again. The filter is so easy to replace, just pop the old one out, pop the new one in and you’re good to go. The digital controls look sleek, and it’s easy to see the temperature and filter settings right in the touch panel. And magnets stick to the front! It also doesn’t show fingerprints. I’m very happy with this refrigerator. I rated it 4 stars because as a side by side the freezer space is limited, and it sometimes takes some rearranging to make everything fit. I’d recommend this fridge to anyone with a very tight space to fill.
