I purchased a stainless whirlpool set for my new house I was moving into. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and the fact multiple appliances have issues. As this review is specific to the fridge I will begin with it is excessively noisy. I can hear it rattling while I sleep every night. It cools off and does everything else it should, however it only gets 1 star because I don’t even want it in my house and will be replacing as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and pass on the whirlpool stuff.

It is ok...kind of noisy. The door doesn't shut by it self until it it is only 12 inches from being close. It also opens all the way and slams into the wall by itself.

I was so excited to have a refrigerator with a water dispenser because the tap water in our area has shown higher levels of contaminants. The refrigerator was great for 7 weeks, but has stopped cooling and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to tell me what I can do to schedule service. I have renters is in the house and the situation is urgent.

Is a good size . Prefect for a small family .huge fan of the brand and so far so good

The refrigerator doesn’t get cold enough, therefore i keep meat in my old refrigerator that is now out in garage. The ice maker is just awful, so tempremental. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t, with no reason why. This sucks because we live in Florida an need ice.

I am so disgusted with this experience! I needed a 34" fridge, and nothing was in stock, so I had to wait a week for this to deliver. Luckily, the freezer half of my old fridge was still working so I could save some food, but I have no refrigerator - no milk, no dairy, no fruit or veggies... New fridge finally arrived, but never made it off the truck. As they were unwrapping it, the drivers found the top corner completely crushed. It looked like someone took a sledge hammer to it! The hinge was completely bent, and the freezer door wouldn't even open. The worst part is, the packaging was fully in tact! That means someone at the factory SAW this, and packaged it up, anyway, and allowed it to ship! Then, when I called to see if I could get the replacement delivery moved up at all, Best Buy customer service said she was going to 'escalate' this to the local store manager, and that they could give me a loaner fridge. The store manager called me, and said he's never heard of a 'loaner' fridge. He had nothing to loan me. So, here is sit, for ANOTHER week, with NO FRIDGE! The quality issue is 100% on Whirlpool, but Best Buy needs to get their communication sorted out! If anyone else had a 34" fridge in stock, I would be cancelling this order, and buying elsewhere!

I received my refrigerator today. The right door handle fell apart right after the installation guys left. The delivery people didn't leave the small wrench. I had to use the other one from the freezer delivered two weeks ago. But the door handle kept falling apart. I looked at the doors- as a few reviews mentioned the doors are not lined up with each other. One side is higher. The two handles too- not aligned. I looked more carefully. Then I became suspicious that the fridge was either returned by other customers, or was refurbished. There are many small marks and dings and a dried glue dot. They left some jelly oil thing inside one of the bins and made it messy. Under the door handle it's pretty dented but with the handle in place it doesn't show. It has gone through some work being tried to fix the problem. No wonder it came much earlier than the site said. They just sent me a bad product. I called Best Buy. They transferred me to the Geek Squad. The first person answered the call filled a repair order but said he couldn't make an appointment because the system was down. Then he said it's the best that I contacted Whirlpool. I said I didn't buy from Whirlpool but I bought from you and it just arrived today. He then asked me to call back. The second person seemed quite understand what's happening and she filled a return and exchange order. The replacement can be delivered more than two months from today! And will be in the most snowy time. I don't believe they can just send a bad appliance piece to customers. It's a waste of everybody's time and money.

Works very well, good space and color. easy to clean.

Love the fridge, however the original installers couldn't get it into the required place and just left it in my kitchen. It took 2 weeks to get someone to my house to fix that.

The Refrigerator was very bright inside and has improved the look of our overall kitchen. We think that the water/ice dispenser is great. Keeps cool while looking cool

@Whirpool Is it suppose to turn off when you open the door? Of so whats the reason?

I love the looks and everything else EXCEPT for the water dispenser. It comes out at pretty much room temp. Not chilled AT ALL... I guess that's why they provide an ice dispenser.

Very loud...much louder than any frig I owned. No way to stop it from rolling towards you when opening the door(no feet, only 4 rollers ). Freezes items in the non-freezer section. Runs much of the time. Wire hanging out from bottom for no apparent reason... was told they can't replace since they don't when they will get more units in due to pandemic...Stuck now with a very bad frig

I bought this in 2020 and never had to do a repair (except replacing a bulb)! Great model

This is easily the worst fridge on the market, Whirlpool should be ashamed of this garbage. It will drip water all of your floor which is was designed to do for some reason. You have you shut the water off and pull the fridge out to replace the $50 water filter for some reason, if you don't shut the water off it'll spray water all over your floor, once again terrible design. It is really really bad at keeping the fridge at a correct temperature, it'll swing between way way too warm and way way too cold. No matter how many service calls the defective design of this fridge cannot be fixed.

Delivery team was less than desirable. Staff did a great job to set-up delivery on a damaged refrigerator that showed up three months earlier. I confirmed we would have the old refrigerator cleared out for the second time. On May 4, the delivery team was in the area, didn't come by the house, because I was out in the garage welding and didn't hear the phone the delivery team went to their next stop and declined to come by and make the delivery. ORDER CANCELED.

Very good so far. Easy to see where things are located

Fridge works well, but it does make a little more noise than our 17 year old Whirlpool that we replaced. The major problem is with the ice maker. Just before it dumps the ice, there is a very, very loud thumping, knocking noise. It is so loud, we think there is someone knocking on the door.

It is good . The height is the only issue I have with it
