    Had this fridge for 14 mo, and the mother board has been out twice. Very inconvenient as to get it going again had to defrost, wait 2 days for geek appt and then another 5 days for the part to come in.

    Purchased august 2020, quit working october 2022. first and last whirlpool product I'll ever buy.

    Fridge stopped working after 9 months

    Refrigerator stopped working 9 months in… I also paid full price for this piece of chunk.

    Constantly runs, poor insulation

    Think twice about this model. Its the worst energy efficient by our usage. We only have two people in the family worh very little in the refrigerator and this runs a lot which means a waste of electricity. It truns on if you just open the door for a second regardless of the lowest setting. Insulation is a joke too and it frels cold to the touch on the outsides!!!

    MY WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The absolute worst refrigerator on the market. At 40 days compressor failed and had to be replaced due to contaminants in the unit. After 3 month the ice maker failed; after 6 months compressor is out again. I have lost the entire contents of my refrigerator twice. Customer service at Whirlpool is not helpful; books appointments that do not exist causing two weeks of delays. I HATE THIS REFRIGERATOR. I WILL NEVER BUY A WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!
