Noisiest refrigerator EVER

We can hear the motor/compressor running from forty feet away. Also, it forms a vacuum after you shut the door and you cannot open it again immediately. Had a technician come to check it out and we were told it is functioning properly. We purchased this model because a) our old Whirlpool was great and lasted twenty years an b) it was one of few options that were not too tall for the space. Don’t know if we will be able to tolerate the loudness of this fridge for teen or more years…

The black gentleman, I believe his name is Carlos, was EXCELLENT every time. The slim dark haired man with light skin was rude every time. The last visit, when my refrigerator was replaced, was so rude I was uncomfortable in my house. He was so rude I might never buy from Best Buy again. The buying experience for two refrigerators was more than riddled with errors, delays, dents, repairs and replacements. VERY DISAPPOINTING Best Buy. Carlos was the only positive.

The ice maker works great when the drawer is pulled out, it will drop an ice cube to the bottom of the freezer, under the bottom basket. The drawers in top section do not slide very smooth.
