What is extremely frustrating is that the fridge is only 3 years old (purchased May, 2020). So very disappointed!

I’m not tall enough or strong enough to open ice m

If I had known this would be so difficult I would never had purchased this model. Now I’m stuck! Also, had to call repair man to fix the ice maker. The cubes came out connected to one another. He replaced the ice maker. Now the auger is impacted with ice . Won’t move. The repair man will be out next week to look at it. Not happy!

2ND REPAIR AND 3RD PART IN UNDER 9 MOS OF OWNING!

Today marked the 2nd time in under one year we had to have parts replaced on this fridge while under warranty and it was the same part twice and they replace with the same one over and over. That means same part original and replaced twice! I want a new fridge because I know we will have to replace this part at $300-$500 a pop every 6 mos for the life of the fridge most likely. Find out what fan and motor is in this one and DON'T buy one with it! And most of all DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!
