    This refrigerator looks good, but has several flaws. There is no alarm when a door is left open - not good if you have kids. The shelves on the left door are too tiny and too shallow to store much of anything. It is very difficult to use the water dispenser and the ice comes out too fast so it always ends up on the floor. All in all, I would not recommend this refrigerator and wish I could return it.

    Never shop Best Buy!

    The delivery man was rude and arrogant. After refusing to move the old refrigerator out of the way for the new one, he then refused to hook up the ice maker and told us to get a plumber. I told him that take the refrigerator back to store. I got my money back and went to Lowe’s where delivery was without issue!

    Not if you want to use the water dispenser

    Fridge works well, but has major hidden cost with 40-60 dollar water filters that need to be replaced 3 or 4 times a year if you want to use the water or ice. The light is also a pain to replace and it needs to be replaced right away because when it goes the flicker will drive you insane.

    Don't Buy

    Not happy at all. The ice maker on the top no longer makes ice. I have to get ice from the bottom drawer and move it to the top. I only had this 6 months and paid $$$$. To get things out of the bottom long drawer lets out a lot of cool air because both doors are open. If you buy this get a warranty. Very disappointed and will never buy this brand again.

    Screaming water valve

    I am going to get my third water valve installed tomorrow. The fridge is less than 2 months old. first valve replaced within two weeks and it failed within 2 weeks. I have had to reduce the flow into the fridge to a mere trickle to eliminate the screaming noise. I have dual whole house filtration and water pressure is 42 psi. I will post a followup after tomorrow's replacement. This purchase has been a disaster. A fridge should not wake you from a sound sleep when the ice tray fills.

    Low ice production, noisy, food freezes in fridge

    We have owned this refrigerator for about a year. It has been noisy since we got it. The ice production has steadily declined in the year we have had it. Makes less than the 8 cubes every hour and half the technician said it should be making. Recently the food in the refrigerator has been freezing, the technician said the temps are correct. We have had service out several times but they do nothing and tell us it is working properly. I would not recommend purchasing this refrigerator!

    This has been the worst ref. ever ! Had this 2 yeas and water and ice has not worked ! On phone for hour each day for hours and was always put on hold ! I have duck tape on the door!!! There are only 2 of us in our home only !! If you want a quit ref. do not get this !!!

    I JUST PURCHASED A BRAND NEW WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR FROM BEST BUY ON BLACK FRIDAY 2019. AFTER 3 WEEKS STARTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIT. I CALLED BEST BUY AND BECAUSE I DID NOT PURCHASE A GEEK WARRANTY THEY JUST TOLD ME SORRY YOU NEED TO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH BEAUTIFUL WHIRLPOOL. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYTIME YOU CALL THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 30MINUTES. AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REPLACE THE PIECE OF JUNK THAT THEY SELL. THEY JUST KEEP SENDING THEIR TECH TO REPAIR THE SAME ISSUE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IS A NIGHTMARE!!! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT YOUR WHIRLPOOL ON DIFFERENT SITES AND YOU'LL SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPY WITH THEIR APPLIANCES MADE IN MEXICO.     Whirlpool 24 Cu. Ft. 4 Door French door refrig.

    I purchased this refrigerator on January 5, 2021. It has been a problem since then. Soon after purchasing food began to freeze even when I turned the temp. up to 40 degrees (from 38degrees). I called Best Buy and they sent out a technician, who looked it over for approx. 5 minutes and said nothing was wrong with it. It continues to freeze everything in the refrigerator at least once a month. Although it looks nice it is not worth the continuous freezing issue.

    Stop working after 1 month. DO NOT BUY

    Not only did this product stop working after a month, we lost all food in fridge and freezer. Best Buy will not take the defective item back. Whirlpool will send a tech in 5 days to repair. They will not cover the cost of lost goods or take product back either. I guess for 5 days we will use an ice chest to store new food items we purchase. Best Buy and whirlpool are terrible when it comes to covering defective items. Not only are we out the price of the fridge, we are out the food inside of it. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else, along with a different manufacturer.

    Fridge SUCKS

    I've had this fridge for 1.5 years and it broke. Their customer service (Whirlpools) is really bad. They only have a 1 year manufacturers warranty and then offer 0 assitance past that 1 year. I would NOT buy this fridge.

    Too loud!

    This refrigerator came and it was the loudest fridge I have ever heard. It was non stop running for 24 hours straight. I called pacific sales multiple times and they told me it was “normal”. Finally after a week, they sent out a very nice installer who told me right away there was something wrong with it. They finally exchanged after two weeks of not being able to sleep because it was so loud. Kitchenaid all the way.

    So incredibly disappointed. We spent a significant sum of money on this refrigerator only to find out (after it was delivered) that it does NOT come with an internal thermostat. Yes, that's correct. There is NO WAY to tell the current temperature unless you drive to an electronics store and purchase a hand held thermostat and place it in BOTH the refrigerator and freezer. You can adjust the temperature UP or DOWN in 1 degree increments BUT there is NO WAY to have it display what your current temperature is at that precise moment.

    Worst Fridge made

    Easily the loudest crappiest refrigerator ever made. It sounds like a jet engine when the fan/compressor runs and it does nothing but run nonstop. I employ you to not buy this refrigerator. The only way to get this fridge to Shut up is by unplugging it.

    Horrible refrigerator

    Do not buy Whirlpool. My unit broke within 3 months, Whirlpool would not replace it and the repair parts were on back order for 3 weeks. Needs a new compressor and evaporator and just 3 months old.

    Do not buy! Not possible to repair!

    Great refrigerator, until the light inside fails. There is no way to replace it yourself, you need to have a technician come out for hundreds of dollars.
