The refrig works well, no issues. The ice maker dispenser in the door takes some getting used to and it does not work as well as others. Like others have said, the ice shoots out. You have the option to open the door and get ice out of the ice maker directly, if the dispenser is not to your liking. Overall, a good refrig for a good price.

I bought this side by side refridgerator as a house warming gift for my son and his family. Is a beautiful refrigerator with lots of room inside. However, we had to exchange it for a little smaller over/under refridgerator as once the fridge was in place the freezer door could not open all the way because it was too close to the wall. Sorry to have to have had to exchanged it.

Had to purchase this fridge after my fridgidaire of only 7 years went out on us. Looked at several places and several models and this was the best one in our price range that suited our needs and they had in stock.

This is a big refrigerator! We a large family and this Frig does the trick. Easy to replace filter. Looks great as well.

Refrigerator is working great and meets our basic needs for a family of five. Only issue is the water and ice dispenser doesn't fit sports type water bottles and it is a bit of challenge to fill them.

I love it! There is so much room inside! I didn't realize how much food it would hold, and it's so quiet!

WIsh the egg holder was larger. Adjusting to the different spacing on the shelves. The humidity drawer is a plus.

When using the crused ice feature the ice sometimes flies out on the floor and ice gets caught in the door of the dispenser so we have to be careful & make sure it's clear and closed or you will find the tray full of water later. This fridge does make a little more noise than the previous one we had.

To some a side by side may be old school. Especially a white fridge in the Era of stainless steel kitchens. We had stainless and got tired of keeping it clean. We,love the white fingerprint free finish on our new fridge. This unit is quiet keeps our food cold. We have a good supply of ice cubes and the freezer door water and ice dispenser is a real plus. Best Buy delivered and set up our refrigerator on time and with no fuss or mess.

We replaced an older model of this frig after it stopped working, with this one. We are very happy with it, lots of room in both sides, nice ice maker that is not too loud.

This one not only looks great but features cool interior lighting, and the water and ice dispensers and tray in the door are a nice gray color to match the stainless and show less mineral buildup.

Love the interior of this fridge and freezer. The ice/water in the outside isn't the best though. It's hard to fit your glass to the ice spout so ice doesn't go everywhere. It can be done but it's hard.

Best buy installed and it works great. No issues with water or ice maker

My only criticism is the borders on the shelves make it difficult to utilize the entire space.

Fridge is perfect. Freezer is great. Perfect amount of room. The only problem was it had a dent on the bottom of the door. They gave the option to get a new one or get compensated for the dent. They gave me a $110 gift card for best buy. I love you Best Buy. Great customer service.
