whirlpool is a great brand. I am enjoying it. It is perfect and I am happy with purchase. I like the customer service at best buy and I will be back for more purchases

The refrigerator itself is working well. It is a little noisier than our last refrigerator (the ice maker portion), but we have had no malfunctions. My complaint is with the installation. The refrigerator was delivered and installed and the installers left. In a few minutes there was a puddle coming from the refrigerator. We called and the installation team was sent back out. After they looked at it, they said that we had a plumbing issue and needed to call a plumber and once again, they left. We called a plumber who came in and said that the problem was that the supply line had not been properly tightened. The plumber tightened the supply line, charged $125 and left. We have not had a problem with leaking since his departure. Would I recommend this refrigerator to others? Yes. The refrigerator itself seems to be a good value. Would I recommend purchasing it from Best Buy? Based on our experience with the installation team, I would have to say, absolutely not!

So far, so good (two weeks). We'll see how long the ice maker lasts.

Easy to find what you need on both sides- I don’t have to bend down so long like I had been doing while looking through a bottom drawer freezer. More organized now!

elect stove is great, but the oven light burned out only after 1 month. Makes me think, whats next?

A good product, but installation experience was below average. Showed up hours late, door handle would pull out detach and can't open the door "that's not my problem" from the installation guy. After calling the boss and a store visit, agreed to replace with a new one. Did exchange! When the installation guys show up again (different people), I was told it's only a small problem if they replace it then they would have a open box product on hand, and refused to replace or fix. Only when I told them I would return the product, they start try to fix it........... Still not as good as I like, but tired of this problem. Other then the door handle problem, it's working fine.

This fridge was just the right size and not a bad price. So far it works and looks great!

Fridge was delivered with broken butter door. Was told I would receive a replacement. I have been back to the store five times and it has been over a month and still no butter door. This is poor customer service. I would like to make people aware that Best Buy service is not good.

I read some review which mentioned that it loud on the ice maker. I honestly cant say that it was any louder than any other ice maker I have used. I havent had any issues with the ice going everywhere either. We havent had it for long but it looks great and works wonderfully.

You get what you thought you were getting. I did all my research online before seeing it in the store and it's nothing less.

Great price for the fridge. And fit the space perfectly. The staff was great and helped me load the thing - it is large! I will continue to shop Best Buy.

Roomy and runs quiet. Love the stainless steel . it does not show finger prints.

Seems a little smaller in fridge side than expected but I like it. I like the LED lights inside too

I love my knew whirlpool refrigerator. Works fantastic! Love the filtered water and ice in the door. I bought all new whirlpool stainless steel appliances and love them all!

The product is good, work great. The only problem i had was the installation. The delivery person was not able to install the ice maker line and he just hand me the connect line and i have to do it myself and i still got charge 39.99 for the installation. What a joke.
