I can’t review a product you can’t deliver until mid-January. Oh, do you mean ????” I had great customer service and chose this appliance because IT WAS IN STOCK!!!!! was going receive this week now it’s January. So Best Buy will you being buying all my food that I I have to buy each day. I bought this item because my refrigerator is DEAD!!!! 3 months now with out a refrigerator. You need to make amends. Tell my children. This is horrible customer service.

Overall I think this was a good buy. Only complaint I have is you need to pay attention on which door is closed first/how the doors are closed. When closing only the left side, the right door can pop open because of the center magent strip that holds the right door closed, this is my first french door fridge so I'm sure it is fairly common and will just take some getting used to. Only thing I would change is make the freezer baskets seperate and/or easily removable in case you have taller items in the lower drawer.

This refrigerator was delivered to us with the wrong handle on the freezer portion. We tried to refuse delivery but were told by the case manager it would be several days before we could get another. Best Buy ended up shipping us a replacement handle. The refrigerator is roomy and a good value, but we have issues with produce freezing in the drawers. We have adjusted the temperature and the humidity and still have issues.

Amazing, spacious fridge with easily adjustable shelves. Loved it from day one. Now I just need to read the manual to figure out the panel.

This fridge is totally awesome! It more spacious than i thought and it keeps great temperature. The freezer is larger than it appears and hold a -3 temp at all times...

I love this fridge. The large double doors on top are really nice and I love the large tray on the bottom. We have more room in this fridge then we did our old one with the same sq footage. Everyone gives so many compliments on it!

This refrigerator is awesome! Strange that when you get older you get excited about new appliances and this fridge is something to get excited about.

My son likes this refrigerator a lot. He said it isn't noisy, unlike some reviewers. He had trouble getting used to the fact that the doors need you to close them which is different from the older style he had.

After spending several days shopping for a refrigerator this whirlpool was a caught. Great price & everything I wanted. I definitely made the right choice selection

The water filter is amazing. No need for bottled water ever again. The freezer has more space than you'd think and allows for easy organization.

We love our new refrigerator. Wish there wasn’t a scratch in the side compartment. Best Buy sent us a gift card for over $400 to compensate us for the damage.

It is a beautiful fridge. The delivery was on time and carried out without a hitch. The delivery guys moved the old fridge (as contracted) to another location.

So far so good!! I love my new fridge. No problems whatsoever. Cools very nicely. Nice for a small family of 5/6. Cleaning is very easy doesn’t get too much fingerprints. I would totally recommend this fridge.
