It failed after 1 month of purchase. It constantly beeps for no reason (every 30 seconds or less). It does not make ice. It does not keep the freezer...well, frozen. For the price, it does not feel like good quality - very plastic-y. But the worst thing... Whirlpool DOES NOT stand behind its products. It seems like they know this happens since they keep on sending technicians to "fix" a now 2-month-old fridge. Fix? This doesn't need fixing, this is clearly defective from the factory. Well...Whirlpool will NOT replace it for a new one because replacement is not covered under warranty. Stay away from this, and Whirlpool for that matter. TERRIBLE customer service, and products.

I was in a hurry to get the labor day sale and had no time to look in store. So I went completely off the reviews for this. I am impressed! It was delivered yesterday, along with the other appliances I ordered. Looks better than I expected. I will update this in a few weeks if I have changed my mind

The shelving is very cheap and plastic..had no idea when I purchased it...already have quite a few cracked parts.Also the location of the icemaker makes it impossible to store items on that shelf takes up 40% of space in that area...will be changing out in the near future.

When motor clicks on, very loud. Water comes out slow.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a month now and so far we are very happy with it. We had a side by side previously and that was a big mistake. Love the French door style.

So far so good! The first one I had delivered had some minor issues but, Best Buy made it right and they sent me a new replacement in a week.

This product is more than what I was expecting. If you want a fridge that will give you water at a good pressure, keep your products at the right temp, and your freezer just right then this is the one. The only con so far is that some marks still stays on there even though it says otherwise.

Love this fridge! Bought it for my grandmother and she loves the bottom drawer. One con is just the icemaker is noticeably loud but not too bad.

Plenty of room in the top refrigerator unit. Wish there was a little more room in the freezer compartment, but I'm always going to want that.

At 16 months developed a leak ( water was pouring out not a drip) at the water filter housing. Luckily I got a 5 year geek squad warranty. Bad news it’s 16 days away so I need to have cold water off in my kitchen until then.

Whirlpool has the best reliability and this fridge has so many great added features I’m still learning new things. There is a sliding door on the bottom that’s great for dethawing frozen meats separately from the rest of my food

The storage capacity and design of the refrigerator Is very user friendly and looks great with our other appliances. Very dependable product and would definitely buy again.

First time owning a whirlpool and this so far has been good. Only knock is I've had to replace 2 light bulbs in it so far which is odd for it not being that old already

We bought this refrigerator on April 11, 2023, it was delivered on April 13, 2023. On July 24, 2023 we walk into a major water leak from somewhere under the unit. Fortunately we had went to bed yet or certainly by morning our lament floors would have certainly been SMH

I love our new refrigerator! It is very roomy and looks beautiful in our newly remodeled kitchen! The French doors and freezer on the bottom have been the perfect set up for our family needs! I am very pleased with this purchase!

Great refrigerator we love how bright it is inside and the water dispenser with ice is a plus.
