Just after a year of bying it brand new (bought Oct 2021), the refrigerator part started to work like the freezer, everything was frozen-ice, the tech came 4 times to fixe it (at least 3 months without a refrigerator with kids in the house!!!!) but never completely did it, up to today the area just above the freezer is an extension of the freezer although totally separate from it. I requested a new one, it was denied, the reason being the tech fixed It. Presently, less than 2 years of use, it stops working, no longer cooling, the inside is warm, it turns into a heater. Guess what! Another day off to wait for the Tech, 4 hours window from 0800 am to 12 noon, Hopefully he will not show up at 12, to make it 5 to 6 hours window, so so so fun !!!!!! By the way this cost me exactly $ 1941.77 I have been with BEST BUY for so long, Custumer service on this issue has been so so shocking POOR from Best BUY, No longer a total Tech member, This has kept me away from Best Buy DO NOT, DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR
