However, the service really disappointed us! When they delivered the fridge, the people who delivered the fridge damaged our floor. We talked to Best Buy twice already and nobody called us yet to fix the issue! We even went to the store to get their attention and the store manager didn’t even come out to talk to us instead the associate said that the manager is busy and that they will just get our information and details of our complain. They said that they will communicate but no one ever get in touch with us regarding our complain! So I called again and same thing, they just get our information and the details of our complain and yet again no one ever called us about it. It’s been over a month now and we are still waiting. I didn’t want to make a review like this but this is frustrating!

Poor Quality

You are also not able to use the dispenser if the right door is open. Also you have to push hard on the left door to close if the right door is closed and sometimes you walk away thinking the refrigerator is closed if you don't push really hard to close it.
