You have to hold the glass up to the top and really press hard for the water to come out. Also, it makes a humming noise the whole time the water is coming out. Other than that, I’m satisfied with my purchase

Delivery men kept me updated with time of arrival. The delivery men were prompt professional, and took great care removing the old refrigerator, Took all packaging with them. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Love my new whirlpool :)

We are unable to see the level of ice on the icemaker. The icemaker does not slide out all the way. They need a designer to sit with their engineers.
