Had it installed 2 days ago and I don’t think it has stopped running for more than 2 hours. Looks and feels of poor quality. French doors do not line up evenly and freezer door is so hard to it pulls the whole refrigerator out.

Worst refrigerator we ever bought. Forced to quickly buy. Our 8 year old similar to this one suddenly died. We had no choose quickly due to family cancer diagnosis. Shame on us for making a quick purchase

Ice maker stopped working after 2 months, Contacted Best Buy, was told not their problem. Contact Whirlpool.

I baught in June but they don’t have one to deliver until sometime in middle of August. If their lift on there truck can work

Terrible delivery service. I was suppose to receive my fridge a week after ordering, which was fine. The morning of delivery, no one called to inform me they were not coming. I called and found out someone was hurt and they could not deliver the fridge. Then they told me I had to wait another 5 business days after calling customer service many times. They finally squeezed me in 3 days later, but the system never updated on the correct day they were coming. Very frustrating and terrible customer service. I was told to call to get a refund and I called and they would not allow me to get a credit or refund until the unit was delivered. Once delivered I remained in circles on the phone with customer service until I gave up. Great product, but poor delivery.
